I purchase 3 gift cards each was worth $100 on December 15, 2022 around 3:22 pm. One of them was active but the other two were defective couldn't be activated because the card numbers didn't match up with the sleeves that the card came with.
When I went back to the store for a refund, the manager directed me to talk with Apple to resolve the issue but Apple send me back where I purchased the cards which is from Rite Aid but I was informed by Apple that Rite Aid are supposed to return my money. But supposedly Apple called them to refund my money but when I went back they refused to since they couldn't return purchased gift cards.

So there's a theft involved through management and it's being covered up. I would appreciate assistance to help me recover my money back.

I had one item to check out. First she asks do you want to enter your phone number with an rude attitude. I asked her is this on sale? Then she rung the item up real fast. I asked her to wait to see if I would get a discount.
Then she tells me it's too late. I asked for a refund and she started call other customers in front of me. Turned into a big situation. Then in her attempt to annoy me she started winking her eye at me.
The item ended up not being on sale. And she gave me incorrect change.
Ljai has weird behavior a true hateful & sad person. Looking to waste time and has no value or respect of my time.
On Monday 4/30/18 my Doctor's office called me and said my son's medication was approved by the insurance. After two trips to the Rite Aid I got it. I called Tuesday 5/1/18 to make sure my medication was ready. I have PTSD and am a crime survivor. After refusing my meds the prior day I go in and am told they are $93.00. Upon proving I have Insurance Coverage they still refuse me. I have to pay for a partial prescription or have nothing at all. The aloof attitude if the new Pharmacy Staff is inexcusable. I seriously hope no one needing life sustaining meds has to deal with them.
