I thought I bought a firewood processor. The pictures showed a large saw and what looked like a ram. It was advertised as a firewood processor. I pad 1000 to get it home and when I opened it up. There was no splitter or ram. A firewood processor cuts and splits the wood for you. This one did not even have the parts to process the wood. The generator will not charge the battery so it wont start. There is no way to split the wood on this machine.

I have called the customer service dept. Ive called The customer service manager Gabriela M. Cano multiple times. I dont even get a phone call in return.

I have called Dunnigan Equipment manager Kasey Tatum to no avail. Ihave called Ms. Tatum everyday for 2 weeks. I spoke to her one time. She said she would call me later than afternoon and since then, I have received no phone call back nor email.

A brand new firewood processor is less than this one and it has all the parts.

I feel that Ritchie Brothers provided false advertisement of a "firewood processor" that was not the case. I feel like I got Ripped off and then nobody calls me back or answers my phone calls. I feel like they provided me financing for something that I dont have. I also feel like their fiancing was a ripoff too. I financed a wood processor that is not a wood processor.

On 9/20/19 I purchased a truck from RBauction.com Nashville location (Lot 28) 2010 Ford F150 Said the truck runs and drives, all the pictures looked good. I purchased for $2750. It delivered and was full of rust and transmission was out.

It was clear this truck has been flooded. The frame is almost rusted completely through. Total loss. I would never recommend buying from Ritchie Brothers. The auction clearly serves the sellers over the buyers.

I purchased a late model GMC C7500 Dump Truck from Ritchie Brothers Chicago Auction apr. 6 weeks ago. I purchased the unit on line at the Ritchie simulcast sale. The condition report showed the vehicle to be in good condition and drivable.

I called the lot manager about 2 weeks later and he reported that the dump truck had one brake line that had completely rusted through and that the others looked "crusty". I flew out to Morris IL. to inspect the vehicle. Upon my inspection I discoverd that the truck was completely rusted out and undrivable. The rocker panels under the cab as well as most of the cab floor, were disolved. A structural frame rail under the bed, had completely disolved and all of the brake lines were shot. The dump truck was basically scrap. There was no mention in the condition report that the truck had been used as a plow and gravel truck.

When I called the regional operations manager Scott McGregor he basically responded that as an experienced Ritchie buyer, I should have known better, and that Ritchie Bros never reports corrosion on a vehicle, no matter how bad.

No rust was shown in the dozen or so photos of the truck in the condition report. Unlike most condition reports by Ritchie, this one did not have any underside photos. The rotted rocker panels were obscured in the photos as was the frame damage.

Out of state buyers absolutely rely on honest comprehensive condition reports to buy vehicles unseen. This condition report was fraudulent and designed to hide the massive corrosion damage. The regional manager Scott McGregor basically told me to F...# Off.

Do not buy from this auction or any Ritchie auction in the upper mid-west which is Scott's territory. Even if you are present at the auction when bidding you will probably be screwed!

I am now going to have to pursue legal action against Ritchie Bros. I have already filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office.
