We purchased a vehicle that was traded a day earlier. We bought it and took delivery before the dealership ever looked at it. We were promised several things that were never delivered. The vehicle was suppossed to undergo a full 120+ point check and when we recieved the vehicle back found that even the oil was low by a ful quart and a half. It appeared that no service was done to the vehicle at all. We asked for paperwork on what was done and the dealership could not produce anything, They were suppossed to fix the headlights which were very foggy. They did a very poor job leaving scratches all over the headlighhts. They were suppossed to detail the vehicle and barely ran a vacuum through it. We were very disappointed and took our concerns to management. The first manager we spoke to did nothing as did the second general manager Larry Kelly. We were told that the issue would be looked into and they would get back to us. We didn't even get a curtosy call and when we call our messages are not answered. We have filed with the Better Businss Bureau and so filing here was also a nescessity. If you are buying a used car in Daytona Beach beware of Ritchey cadillac Buick Dealership. They scammed us and we are left to fix the bad brakes, tires and other items that should have been fixed by the dealership as part of the sale to us.
