Rio Grande Dental Reviews

  • May 1, 2018

I contacted Rio Grande Dental in Juarez Mexico to get implants. After sending them an exray, I was told that in order to get 6 implants and 3 bridges of 4 teeth each, I needed 4 bone graphs and 2 sinus lifts. I flew from Ohio for my first dental trip to get the bone graphs and sinus lifts. I knew something was wrong when after the surgery of bone graphs and sinus lifts Dr. Nirtardy took a hammer to my front teeth to remove the crowns that I had. It was even worse when I got home. I did just as instructed and still got an infection in my gums. I had particles come out of my gums daily, but as I called and called Rio Grande, the dentist was not concerned about my mouth or my pain. I couldn't treat someone that I didn't like with that much hardness, much less someone that had just handed me a cashiers check for over $2552.oo. I went to several dentists and my primary care doctor to get meds to heal me. Dr. Nitardy couldn't offer me any prescriptions, being not licenses in the U.S. I was on my own with getting well.

I began looking for a dentist that was concerned with my health , not just the money. The one I found had me do a CT scan that he said revealed that I had no bone graphs and I had an inflamed sinus because of all the infections that I had gone through. I called Rio Grande and told them that I didn't want to cause a problem but I did want the money back that I had spent there, since I didn't get bone graphs and they had messed up my sinus. Just really simple "give me my money back" I was willing to forget the money for my trip to Mexico, motel , doctors and dentists and meds expense at home. I couldn't forget the pain and suffering, but I wasn't charging Rio Grande Dental with it. I was the one that was stupid enough to go there.

I was told that if I could get a letter from a dentist staing that there were no bone graphs in the scan and if I would send Rio Grande the CT scan that they would reimburse my money that I had spent there. I did just that, to the letter. Dr, Nitardy lied, just like Rio Grandes guaranty is a lie. She lied. I got an email from Rio Grande and it said that they had no control of the prescriptions that I had taken and therefore there would be no reimbursement. Dr. Nitardy had to look long and hard for that excuse. She knew when she sent me home that she couldn't write a prescription for me. I left Mexico with one of the same prescriptions that I got after I got home, amoxicillin, for bacterial infections. That is for bacteria that I can only assume that I got in Rio Grande Dental office and from the tools that they used on me that were not clean.

Save yourself a lot of pain and trouble and have nothing to do with Rio Grande Dental. This is the most unconcerned about my health dental office that I have ever been in. I believe it to be horrible. I only gave them a 1 star rating because there was nothing lower.

DO NOT GO TO RIO GRANDE DENTAL IN JUAREZ, MEXICO FOR DENTAL IMPLANTS OR OTHER DENTISTRY NEEDS - YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!

I recently had "8" dental implants done at Rio Grande Dental in Juarez, Mexico and within 30 days, "6" out of the "8" fell out! I went to a dentist here in the USA to find out that they used the wrong implants, and put them in crooked and misaligned and also damaged 4 dental nerves which caused my face and chin to go numb and lose feeling. Also, the shots to initially numb my mouth prior to the surgery also damaged a nerve below my nose and caused the right side of my nose to go numb as well. My father also had "4" dental implants placed and "3" of his also fell out. These people are professional scammers!!! When I contacted the dentist office, they ignored me and won't do anything to help me and they won't talk to you, they just send you generic emails. Also, I got several infections from the failed implants because of them putting them in crooked. These people are complete scammers and just looking to take your money from you. It looks like it's cheaper on their website prices; however, you will not get what you paid for and it will cost you thousands more after a few weeks post treatment to get their malicious actions fixed and corrected the right way. They are just out for your money and don't care about your dental health nor you as a person... TRUST ME, DON'T GO TO RIO GRANDE DENTAL IN JUAREZ, MEXICO FOR DENTAL WORK - YOU WILL BE SORRY AND YOU WILL END UP WITH IRREVERSIBLE PERMANENT DAMAGE!
