On October 16, 2020, our firm paid RingVirtual $220 for the provision of 12-14 quality leads over a two-week period, beginning in as little as three days after engagement. After many calls and email exchanges, to date the RingVirtual provided a total of three leads. Two of those leads weren't leads at all, as the supposed interested parties never responded to follow up calls, voicemails or emails from our firm. We got nothing but excuses and promises from RingVirtual.
The prinicipal of RingVirtual, would only say that we would receive the promised number of leads however long it took the company to generate them. We stressed that we engaged their service based on the premise/promise that the leads would be provided in two weeks, not some indeterminate period totalling months or years. Several requests were made for a refund, followed by more excuses and promises. The last straw was the failure of RingVirtual to provide the remaining leads by the end of the week of 12/25, as it promised it would do.
RingVirtual is either incompetent or deliberately fraudulent!
