Bought a new Volvo here. Was short on time because of a new baby and didn't perform research ahead of time on the dealer. Big mistake! Each service call required numerous visits for weird parts and service like tire inflation, broken horn, and brake rotors. Each time Volvo was charged under my new car warranty. Dealer often did not fix a problem until the third or fourth service call. Seemed like they were just trying to bill Volvo for unnecessary parts and service. Techs are extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and hard to get along with. Place smells bad and doesn't offer loaner cars like other Volvo dealers in the area. Have to sit there and wait for hours while car is fixed only to have to bring it back again. Called Volvo Corporate headquarters to complain and was nearly served with papers by some loser. I guess they are afraid of a lemon law lawsuit for too many repairs of a new car. This place is full of greasy poor white trash. Found out the owner Jameson Riley is in his 20s and owns the place due to graphic murder of his parents by his grandparents or something wierd. Dealership is in the wrong part of town. Do yourself a favor and visit a competitive upscale Volvo dealership. I wouldn't return to this dealer ever.
