I had an accident approximately 2 years ago before I could get home and settle down I had a knock on my door. It was Rick McGuire's lynch man ambulance chaser! I have never had this happen to me before! He heard all about my accident, knew where my truck was towed, he had all the details and a signed contract by Rick McGuire! He as a fast talker and informed me of things that were not true in front of witnesses.
Rick McGuire charges 45% attorney fee vs 33% of the usual fees. I asked about this amount and he informed me that the 45% is an additional fee that they charge the person or their insurance company. This amount is not subtracted from my total amount that I will receive. He stated that I will have to pay the hospital bills but no attorney fees from my amount.
I would speak to many people in the office but Genie was a rude country A___! She was a smoker with this raspy voice and rude as He__! She doesn't know how to speak with customers. [continued below]....
