We had our car there recently for an oil change and a tire repair (nail). We had to leave the next morning at 4 AM and when we opened the trunk to load up that morning, we found the spare tire and everything else just thrown in there, instead of put back in the cavety under the carpet. We had to take everything out first, so we could remove the carpet and put the tire and everything else back where it should have been, before we could finally load our suitcases, etc. We were tight on time and all this unnecessary hoopla made it even tighter. Just imagine: They were too lazy to put the spare tire back in its place! Even worse when you consider that this 'service' of oil change and tire fix amounted to almost $100. I repeat: 1 TIRE FIX + 1 OIL CHANGE = $95.
We also had a light out, so we had asked them to replace the bulb while they had the car. They called me to tell me that they will have to replace the entire circuit, as the cable had melted somewhere. Who knows if this was true. I'm not an expert in such things and under the time pressure to leave early morning, I had no choice than to have them fix it was another 90 some dollars. The end cost for the 3 tasks was very close to $200.
Their register/checkout machine took for ever to process my payment and the rep caught quite an attitude when I said something about it.
This joint has got to be the worst among car service & repair businesses and they will not see us again, even if it's the last and only car repair shop on the planet!
