Richrd Ruzicka from Omaha, Nebraska has a facebook page in fact he has 2 profiles under his name facebook.com/richard.ruzicka and he has a group he created called Rich's Diecast Sales, he also advertises that he sales on youtube.com - Treasure Hunts and Hotwheels.
Long story short, I had seen some cars that I thought my husband would like to add to his collection that Richard had. There were 17 of these cars and with shipping it came up to $36.00 which I sent to him. He was really agressive demanding to be paid immediately. Well, I sent him the money on 3/1/18, he requested that I send it to him through PayPal as friends and family to save on fees.. This transaction was done, and then I expected to have him shipping the next day or two. Richard didn't want to ship them until 5 days later.
Richard also kept sending us picture of cars and kept trying to push to have us buy more.
My husband told him he wasn't interested in anything else, and that is not how we do business with new people with we purchase cars from. We wait to see how the whole process goes from choosing the cars, paying for them, and how quickly they are shipped. He said ok, then 2 days later sends a message that there was a mistake on our order. He said that there was only 12 cars instead of 13. I asked him how is that possible? He said that he made a mistake, and he would let me decide how to handle it. I could add 3 more cars 13 was $28 and he wanted $8.50 in shipping. When I told him just give me the 12, and refund me $6 in the box he was going to send. He then became agressive and rude, he stated that I was the one with an attitude and I was mean. By asking how is that possible, and as this went on I said you know what cancel my order and refund my money. He refused! He also said I wouldn't receive these cars and that had our address, and now he will block us.
I have notified the admins to the groups we belong to, I posted on his facebook page, even went so far as to go on to my husbands account and doing the same thing. This guy is a fake, lying, scammer, thief! Do Not Do Business with him! This new message he tells me he knows where I live, and I advised we had his address as well, and that he was not afraid of us or we don't intimidate him. I advised he doesn't intimidate us other. He said I had terroristic threats. He also again said he would not refund my money, and he won't send my order.
I told him that in his state it is considered fraud, and theft. I would file a police report if he didn't send the order or refund my money. He then said I will send it when I am ready.
This is free advice DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! This man is mentally unstable. He is bi-polar, he goes from one extreme to another. He is verbally abusive, cussing, fussing, and aggressive!
He has another report on this site and other groups and individuals who have encountered the same experiences. He claims to be an honest seller, and have been selling things for long time, and has many happy customers. I do not believe that to be true either.

Richard has a tendency to want to be paid immediately yet only wants to ship 5 days later. I was tild by over a dozen members not to do business with him because he would go bipolar on me. I give everyone a chance and his proved true to the warnings.
Upon my interest in a 3rd purchase of multiple cars in the excess of 70$ firs two transactions totalling over 100$, Richard became irate, pushy and requested the money immediately and that he would only ship 5 days later on the following Monday. I informed him that I would pay him Sunday. He refused to hear of it, and demanded the payment be made that same day. Because the cars were still visible to the public, I then let him know that if the cars are still available on sunday, I would be interested to buy them. He informed me I had a 1.80$ credit from the last order paid by paypal, and that he would credit it towards the next purchase.
After I stayed firm on paying Sunday, he went completely ballistic, insulted me with profanity and started to further make up lies in his facebook and of course block me like the coward he is, so that I could not defend myself. He has further made libelous comments against me for everything that he caused. I intend on filing complaints with BBB in Omaha, and with other online orgnizations that defend buyers against fraud. I was warned by many people that Richard Ruzicka has a serious problem with communication and makes demands. I gave him a chance to be fair with me, and he screwed me out of 1.80$ I tried to get him to come clean with Paypal and send me the money and he posted a message on his facebook that he will not refund me.
Whatever business Richard Ruzicka has with others, has no bearing on any dealings that I do with him. If he cannot make compromise with a buyer, Richard should not be allowed to conduct business on the internet. Richard bypasses Paypals system by demanding that payment only be made using the pay friends and family feature only. As I am not too familliar with any recourse using this feature, I understand that with respect to Paypal he is not obligated to refund me, and I also understand that he has forcefully demanded. However, by state law, he has to refund me as he admitted in his own hand that he holds the funds in a credit resulting from a shipping overpayment. Not refunding me is considered theft and is punishable by state law.
