Patrick Chalk is operating from Nairobi Kenya as well as they UAE (Dubai). Together with his businesspartners Okongo and Richard Kubo he claimed to be able to offer Gold from DRC Congo to Dubai. After speaking with their responsible cargo officer Richard Kubo Onyango we almost started doing business with them but since all the gold scam stories we decided to do some extra Due Diligince on the Cargo Officer and his company Brent Aviation.
They told us they had all the required licenses to export gold and other precious metals from Nairobi Kenya but after visiting the Kenyan Authorities we found out that was not correct. Brent Aviation doesn't have export licenses for Gold or other Precious Metals so that was the first red flag. Richard Kubo invited us into his office and showed some "past performance" documents (fake photoshopped export documents) trying to convince us to make advance payemnts to Brent Aviation or their attorney for export documents.
Patrick Chalk and Kubo Onyango then suddenly contacted us and told us that our gold consignment was already in Dubai (which was not discussed and/or agreed). When asking them for evidence (documents) they refused to hand them over but they did demand us to pay Brent for consultancy and export fees. When contacting the police in Nairobi Kenya they told us that this is a common way from scammers to dupe buyers of precious metals.
The last thing we wanted to do is list these people on the internet but on the other hand we feel it is our duty to warn others. We have been extremely lucky but others might not ending up losing a lot of money. So we strongly advice you to stay away from Patrick Chalk, Robert Okongo and Richard Kubo Onyango in Nairobi Kenya.
