I, along with dozens of other people connected with the US film industry, were all scammed by Richard Clark, Jr who pretended that he was going to produce & direct movies from screenplays we had written. Mine was Gypsy Gorge, a horror movie that was written with a diverse cast in mind. Google Chris McGowan and Holloway v. Clark for more details on some others RC scammed. He was even arrested nearly a year ago for some reason or other.
This guy is a scam artist and does not deserve to be listed on IMDb or any other website because he is not a professional unless you consider him a pro conman. He talks a good game but all he wants is your money. He even sent an email to me pretending to be 'stuck in Europe' and needing $1,000 to get back to America! I thought his email had been hacked and mentioned this to him via Facebook, and of course, he pretended that he didn't know how that message asking me for money had been sent in the first place.
I realized why after I learned that he had been sued. Now I am going to sue him for Breach of Contract as well, and it will help if others who have been scammed by this conman will join me. Let's put an end to Richard Clark Jr's scam games!
