We approached Risard for a loan which he stated he could provide. We had to complete a retainer agreement and pay upfront 3500.00 we should have known something was wrong when he demanded that we go into a Wells Fargo branch in our area to send the fee. Because while at the bank the teller was trying to say to us in an nonobvious manner that his account was suspect.
So we called Risard from the bank and he demanded to speak with the teller and that all was right with his account. So we proceeded. Once he received payment he came up with excuses daily then became harder to reach and eventually stopped taking calls or responding to emails. Be careful when approached by this person.
