Rich Gulash took over 160,000 from us to repair my house from 2 hurricanes. For one he wasn't licensed to take that much money per the contractor board and 2 he stated he needed more money to finish. He put a bad roof on our home and within months of getting it we had shingles flying off. The shingles do not lay right anywhere and he refused to take responsibility or show me a reciept for the roof. I have a lot of messed up things inside such as windows needing to be replaced that he didn't want to replace, Sheetrock that was done incorrectly and had to be redone which left it still not correctly done.
He ignores calls and is very unprofessional. He denied recieving money even though we have bank statements of all the checks he cashed from us. I will admit we were the stupid ones for ever handing over money like that to someone. It's now been over a year and our house is still not complete. I've gotten more work done since firing him in the last 2 months then he ever provided. He insisted my house be painted before installing cabinets and now after paying over 8000 we have to REPAINT.
The paint they used was also wrong it literally wipes right off with a wet rag. He is a JOKE.
I have TONS of emails texts and pictures of everything so don't come at me on your high horse like you are someone special. I was told to help spread awareness and that's what I plan to do. I have no reason to make false accusations especially when I have proof printed out and saved for my attorney.
