I purchased an On-line a Resume from the RGO RESUMES and I was informed of the price I was going to be charged for they're service would be just $1.99 (A one-time fee for one single copy) of a my resume. I dowloaded the resume to my computer within 1-2 hours from beggining to end of the process. And it was done. That was about four weeks ago.
Then today when I checked my Bank Statement, I realized this company had charged to my account $39.99 instead of the $1.99 that I was charged when I did the transaccion on-line with them. Then I researched this company on-line, and noticed that they have being doing this to other people out there. And that several have already being filing fraudulent reports just like this one.
Agreed to the 1.97 fee, used service once now notice a 39.95 charge unauthorized on my credit card. Called them and they refused to help citing needed to email manager and laughing at me before terminating the call. Complete scam. Buyer beware
