10/01/17: Enjoy being overcharged, excessive delivery delays, apathetic customer service, missing and destroyed items WHEN delivered, this company is for you! FIRST OFF, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I feel completely taken advantage of by Executive Moving and Storage/Revolution Moving Systems and would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy. Where do I begin.. 1- OVERCHARGED. Desiree first contacted me and stated they would provide me with up to 3 months of storage for free (if needed) and would load and unload all of my belongings. Two weeks notice for delivery would give them sufficient amount of time to have my items delivered. She stated that 20 cubic feet would cost me 1,100 total (pick-up AND delivery). She explained "if you can fit it into an average size room, that would be 200 cubic feet". I proceeded with this company based on her description. This was a complete lie. 2- EXCESSIVE DELIVERY DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES. Per dispatch, I requested my delivery date via email for 7/15/17. I received my belongings on 9/7/17. Upon my request, I never received any response from dispatch verifying delivery. I contacted customer service on 7/15 to verify delivery. Jordan (introducing herself as a manager) stated that "they were waiting on a truck to deliver my items". This was all the information she could give me and that they would probably have something by the following week. There was no contact or updates throughout the whole week until I followed up again Monday 7/17. I received the same response, "we are still waiting on a truck to deliver your items". None of my belongings have been delivered, which equals me spending more money on items I already have ($770.00). I followed up 2-3 x per week hoping for any updates on my items. This cycle continued up until my items were delivered. They also tried telling me that there was an attempt to deliver my items once before and I refused to have them sent. Never did this happen. I spoke with Jordan, Kassie, Tiffany and several others in between who all stated they were managers. I also asked to speak with the owner; they would not or were unable to provide me with this information as the "owner was out of the country". Aviv Mordechai and Oz Malka are the owners and who knows how to even get ahold of them! 3- BILLING OR COLLECTION ISSUES. I was initially quoted $1,100. I was misinformed of the amount of space and the total amount ended up being $2,450. I had renters moving in the following morning and it was 9:00 pm. I agreed to have them load my belongings. During the time they were keeping my belongings, I asked for the storage address: 3555 W. Quail Ave. Suite B Las Vegas, NV 89118. I was considering picking it up myself. Kassie stated they were going to charge me $700 to pick up my own belongings. She could not give me a detailed description of why I would be charged to pick up my own belongings. Prior to the delivery truck arriving I was told I had to pay with cash or money order and pay prior to them unloading my items off the truck. I asked to get into the truck and look to see if all of my items were present and in the same condition that I sent them in; they refused as it was 'against company policy'. They unloaded my items after I paid them and several of my items were completely trashed and broken and all of my items were not delivered. Also, they were threatening to charge me with a 250.00 shuttle fee as they were certain that their 53 foot semi truck would not fit into my apartment complex. 4-CONTRACT ISSUES. This is the most shady contract I have ever encountered! They have everything on this contract to cover the company and screw over their customers. Overall issues include: underestimating costs/misleading cubic feet description, disgustingly horrible communication, thousands of dollars in extra expenses/lost/damaged items and I am STILL having major difficulty getting any follow up response from this company. If anyone else has experienced similar issues please contact me at [email protected]…. What a NEGLIGENT company!
12/02/17 Update: I very much dislike the idea of having to leave any stars at all. Just to be clear, if I could give Executive Moving and Storage 5 NEGATIVE stars I would GLADLY do so. The woman who contracted my move, which was with Revolution Moving Systems went by the name of Desiree (who has also worked under the company name of West Coast Movers, which was the name of the previous LLC she worked for). West Coast Movers and Revolution Moving Systems are one in the same! I'm sure West Coast had enough horrible reviews that they had to move on to a new LLC name, which is exactly what they did. Hello Revolution Moving Systems! What a SCAM! I was told while fighting to get my belongings delivered that she was fired and no longer worked there. Apparently she is now going by the name of Sarah, who also calls from a number (that I've heard is her daughters) by the name of Jade Miller. I also spoke with Kassie Hansel throughout the entire moving process who was ALSO 'fired'. I DON'T TRUST ANY INFORMATION ANY OF THESE LADIES GIVE ME and I would suggest any of you reading this update heed my advice. I think this company convinces their customers that the PROBLEM is not the company, but the individual person. It seems none of these people are actually getting fired, but are going under different names once the customer is told they are fired. Kassie called me from her cell explaining that this company never actually looks for your belongings that are not delivered and have no intention of doing so. I have been told that the workers go in the warehouse and shop through your items. Kassie called me crying and said she was so disgusted at how this company treats their employees/customers and has no idea how they are staying in business. I'll tell you how! They open up a LLC and then when they get too much attention due to unsatisfied customers, they open up another LLC under a different name. I hired Revolution Moving Systems that was then brokered out to Executive Moving and Storage! I did not hire this company to deliver my belongings. On 9/7/17, Executive Moving and Storage sent a gentlemen by the name of Jonathan and his son who helped move my belongings. They had unloaded a bed frame and rug into my garage during the move that were not mine. I stated to Jonathon's son that those were not my belongings. He said (exact words) "I feel so bad about all of your damaged belongings and all that wasn't delivered that you can just have those." He was giving me OTHER PEOPLES belongings! He then stated, "we don't know who they belong to so you can just have them." I was blown away by his comment! My mind went straight to thinking, "maybe someone else was given my $2,000.00 set of golf clubs that were not delivered!" This company makes me sick! I will do everything in my power to SHUT. THEM. DOWN.
FYI...I also have video footage of Jonathan agreeing to all of the items that were missing and damaged with my delivery. AND, I have footage of him admitting his son was giving away other peoples belongings. I STILL have not received ONE phone call from this company in attempts to resolve my missing and damaged items.
