I saw this free trial for Revived youth cream and eye serum on FACEBOOK> shame on FB for allowing these scam artists on the site. I was to pay the shipping 4.95. I did. I received the product and did not like. They kept sending it for 2 months. No where on the site that it signed it you up for monthly club. I cancelled in March after begininng in Jan The have have scammed me out of 600 bucks.
I played the return game and sent 2 months supply back. The said I would receive 1 month credit $200 approx. We shall see. Again do not order . this companies are like the brides of Frankenstein coming back with different names allure, novea I blame FB along with these deceptive crooks. Must report this company to the Florida ag's office.
I saw an offer on the internet for skin care to improve wrinkles. clicked on site. Free sample risk free just needed to pay small shipping amount. I placed my order for 2 products to try risk free I was billed 92.30 and 97.21 for my risk free trail. I called to ask about the charge . they agreed to not sent me any more but told me I was past the 15 days were I could cancel or return. I contacted my credit card and protested the purchase. I wanted to return the product which really doesn't work at all. Credit card told me there was legal binding instructions in my purchase so I could not cancel. I have contacted this company 2 more time in an effert to return this product. Each time I am told someone will call me back with in 48 hours but I have received no return calls. I also sent an email to the supposrt email address. [continued below]....
My terrible experience with Revived Youth Face Cream started as an online 14 day trial which I naively signed up for. It is a SCAM! When I placed the order, they asked if i wanted to add the Revive Youth Serum for a minimal cost and so I said yes. A couple of months later I called to cancel my subscription because there was absolutley nothing special about the cream. I kept receiving the cream only (not the serum) and kept being charged. After a couple more months, I called back to find out why I was still receiving the cream and they said that I hadnt fully canceled my subscription. Apparently they had two seperate accounts for me, one for the cream and one for the serum. I told them I had cancelled and they said that I only cancelled one of my subscriptions. I explained that they had made a mistake by not cancelling my account completely several months earlier and asked for a refund but of course they said no. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no because they would give me the same answer. After insisting 5-6 times to speak with a supervisor they said he/she would call me in 24-48 hours, but not to expect any different result because because it was company policy not to give any refunds. I asked if the call was being recorded and he said he would give me a 15% refund. I told him that I wanted several months worth of refunds so he then raised it to 30% and finally 50% refund hoping I would just go away. Then he said that he could not refund me any more because it was against company policy.
Bottom line .... don't order ANY trial offers from Revived Youth or any of these type internet hooks. These are in place only to get your money. The owner of the company does not care about you and the products they peddle do not produce the results they claim to. These advertisements with trial offers which we are being bombarded with online, on Face Book and Instagram etc... are structured to suck you in with their amazing claims and then drain as much of your money from you as they can before you wise up and have the gumption to make it stop. They fully expect their to be complaints and they have a script that they stick to no matter what. Don't be a sucker like me!
I responded to an ad that Macy's was going out of business and selling a facial cream very cheap, e.g., $4.95 plus shipping. I ordered the cream with my husband's credit card and received it within a week. When he received his monthly statement there were charges for the $4.95 plus shpping and handling, plus two additional charges of $90+ which totaled approximately $185. I only received the two bottles I ordered but was charged almost $200 for a worthless cream that does absolutely nothing and is no better than a $5 bottle of body lotion.
I do not remember ever seeing, reading, or agreeing to order anything beyond my first order. The facial cream I'm referring to "Revived" is a scam operated by professional con artists, and that corrupt business needs to be shut down ASAP. They've accumulated $millions or $billions in their false advertising and ripoffs of naive individuals, and especially elderly women/men. I know nothing is free, but something that doesn't stand up to its false advertising should be free because it's useless and sometimes can't even be given away.
'Buyers beware' turns into 'Victims beware' because the buyers become victims as soon as they open up the deceptive, false advertising by Revived and order the junk they're hocking.
I ordered this product online for $4.95 trial. I don't remember seeing anything that stated this, but I was then charged $97 after 14 day trial with the product. Then, I was enrolled in monthly deliveries.
It was very deceiving. I never received a confirmation email, or receipt of any sort. All of the boxes arrived unlabeled, didn't include website, phone number, or contact information of any kind. Clearly they don't want anyone to know how to get a hold of them.
They also don't want people to know how much they are getting charged. The slip that comes inside of the product box does not contact any receipt, price statement of any kind, and doesn't include contact information (phone#, email, company name, etc.). When I dug through my old statements I found that I was charged $97 each month by "Dermabond"... The statement didn't even say "Revived Youth".
When you contact the company they do not allow you to get a refund. They don't allow you to speak with a supervisor. They are very sneaky, and deceiving.
No i thought i had found revived youth customer care.com but they continue sending me the product. i want to cx it was a freebie. trick no contact information with the bo free trial or cheap trial eye serum, then continue to utoship and cant fund contact info
i order eye serum once but tricky autoship in fine print and cant locate info to cancel
On March 28, 2017 my credit card was charged twice by this company. Unauthorized charge was $92.00 and another $97.00 plus change. I ordered a sample from Revised over the Internet and they did not reveal disclaimer explaining I was joining .
I am having a consumer issue with Revived Youth Cream and Serum. They have promised me a refund of close to $200.00 over 4 weeks ago which I have yet to receive. I have called every week now since the original promise (on 3/9/17) to check on the status of the refund.
Each time I call I get a different rep, they all say the refund has been issued and that they will escalate the request when I tell them it has not yet been received. And each time I call they give me a new set of 2 new confirmation #s for the supposed "issued" refunds.
I have been told at least twice that a manager would call me back and never heard from anyone. Today when I said I would hold for a manager, I was told none were available, they were busy and unable to come to the phone.
The product has since been returned even though they stated I didn't have to return it, they would issue the refund anyway.
Ordered a free trial offer of eye and face cream from Renewed youth seeing them on TV, implying they were associated with Clinique facial products. charged CC same night. next week product came and was charged within another week for next 'autoship' before chance to cancel or even receive any items. only eye serum came. called a number online and was assured it was cancelled. CC again charged in 2 weeks, and few days later, came eye serum again. tried to find original number to no avail. number on bottle is a short spanish phrase repeated x 2, then disconnects. no other email, fax, or phone to be had anywhere. do not want this product and yet, cannot cancel. see this is the case with many others. we're trying to get our bank to refuse payment and cancel auto payment due to fraud.
Online scam for revived youth cream or aka skin youth Fabulous! ad said clinique anniversary special , I use clinique products , so I went on an ordered two trial creams supposedly for $4.95 each! Did not request any further monthly products ! also did not agree to terms for continuous supply of expensive products! my credit card was charged twice once for $92.30 and again for $97! I'm disputing these charges!! This is a horrible scam ! Please be careful what you order online!
Revived Youth Cream Serum Trial Skin Youth Fabulous This company said Clinique is having a Anniversary sale ! I use Clinique products, so I went on the site and they had a trial sample of two items of Youth cream for $4.95 each! I clicked to get the two items ! Then was asked about the terms to continue for a price each month I said no and check any boxes ! I copied my bill on to my phone for the total price of the two $4.95 items! So when I got my credit card Bill I had a charge of the two items for $4.95 each, and down further on my bill a charge for $92 .30 the down further on my bill another charge for $97. I am working with my credit card company trying to dispute these charges! This is a horrible scam! Please be careful when ordering online!! Internet
Reveived Youth Renewal Cream whuich offers Wrinkle Lifter, Heavenly Glow and Sunshine Derma Wash is one of the worst companies on the internet I have dealt with. I purchased their "sample" product only to find that I would be billed 92.30 for one of the items and 97.21 for the second item. I was told these were samples, wrong. They claim that these are full size containers and if you do not return withing 15 days you will automatically be charged the other amounts. What started out as a $4.95 sample is now $92.30. Whe I contacted them, after a very heated discussion, they offered me 35% refund of my money. Boy was I excited. Will still be contacting my bank regarding this fraudulant charge to my account. Stay clear of this company, definitely a case of buyer beware.
Nothing new, the usual drop s* trick. If you don't read ALL the terms and conditions you are screwed. This one buries it a ways in on some sites. I discoved when I googled it this same product goes by different names. I put "Revived Youth" in search bar and sites I clicked on had some different brand names. I know how these work, you get the trial size for low priced shipping (or high) and have a certain amount of time to cancel or you get a nasty surprise in your bank account, or should I say NOT in your bank account Like I said, I know better so am mostly mad at myself. I didn't read all the terms or keep track of dates- I dropped the ball and don't even remember ordering this stuff in the first place. But it's not the standard 30 daytrials most products once used, but rather 15 days, each product sells for around $94, and they don't make the price easy to find on nearly all of the sites either. I saw it on one but can't find it now. I could have sworn I just got this stuff. For nearly $200 I better lose ALL my wrinkles. I was offered a whopping 15% refund, my response must have sounded serious, it came up to 35% but that's all I could get. I know there's about .50 worth of ingredients, and a couple dollars of packaging. For that they are getting about 1/4 of my disability check this month and I will be panhandling or taking out a high interest payday loan. Though I know I'm somewhat to blame these companies need to put the price where one can see it as for that much I wouldn't have even chanced the trieal knowing I couldn't afford the product after the trial. And they deifinitely need to make the auto ship terms more visibile. Reading multiple pages of fineprint I am likely to miss something or mostly everything. And since they are keeping most of my money , phone support that I can understand(minus accent) so I don't need everything repeated 3 times. Product is ok but not $94 worth or so.
I ordered a 30 day free trial of Revived Youth renewal cream and eye serum from an ad on facebook. The only charges to be made to my credit card was to be shipping charges of $4.95. The two items came in the same small box but my card was charged $4.95 shipping twice. The items have been in my possession only less than a week but I was charged by Derm Blast $97.21 and $92.30 by My Adorable Skin on February 26, 2017. I called to return product and ask for refund neither of which they would agree to do. The only offer they would make was 35% refund on each product but these products need to be used for the 30 days to decide if they work on your skin issues. The woman was rude and said I agreed to a 14 day cancellation from the date ordered which is not acceptable. I live in Georgia it takes longer to get mail from the west coast so the whole thing is just unreasonable. Anyone wanting to try this product should be aware that these ads are fraudulent. Product of this sort not used by the customer for the 30 days should not be charged ($190.00), misleading and fraudulent advertising and I am real unhappy. Beware of Revived Youth !!!!!
I ordered these products online and never got an order confirmation, nor was it ever mentioned on the pages that I was joining a club or a service. There are no prices on their packing slips either. I was mad when I saw that they charged me full price in January, but I chalked it up to lesson learned until I got the 2nd shipment today.
This company taken me for 2 full shipments, automatically charging my credit card $97.21 and $92.30 in January and again in February. That's $379.00!!!!! I want my money back! I did call today and it allowed me to robo-cancel my order one product at a time. I had to call a second time to cancel the second item. They make you select which product you are calling about and you can't get back to select the other product too. In addition, I am sure that a lot of people wouldn't realize that they had not cancelled for both items so they would be charged again the following month for whichever cream they did not actually get to cancel on the original call.
There has to be a ton of people who were scammed by this company! This really needs to to court with a class action suit!
First, the advertisement is completely false. This skin care product does nothing and smells terrrible. It is akin to rubbing semen on one's face. The portion in the jars is miniscule surrounded by double glass to make it look like more. Then they hook you - this is NOT a "FREE trial"! Rather, after two weeks, they charge full price and then conitnue to charge once a month...although I never received the second mailing anyway. They refuse to accept Returns. TOTAL HOAX!!!
I have no idea as to the complexity of theis scam.. many have explained it pretty good, but it involves different scam names as to the original product and then it goes on with more deductions from your credit card.It should be shut down asap
AD suggested free trial all I had to do is pay S&H. Received my product a couple weeks ago and today (day 15) I was charged $92.30. When I called the number shown on the pending charge (1-800-859-9513) I spoke with a male whom told me it's my fault for not reading the terms. I told him you shouldn't advertise false "Free Trial" if it's not free. He said he cannot do anything for this charge but could stop the next charge for the cream. I hung up and called my bank to cancel my card and send me a new one. I called the 800# back and spoke to another lady whom sounded like she was in a call center ( the first guy sounded like he was at home). She advised me there was nothing they can do about the $92.30. That $92.30 was only for the eye cream. If you wanted to cancel the charge of the face cream you had to pay $38.00 to avoid being charged FULL price for the face cream. I told them I would just return everything back to them that I did not want to pay over $100 for a same face cream and eye cream. Once again, they said they couldn't do anything. This is a rip off and their advertisement is false. They should not be allowed to market the way they are and horrible and deceitful company!
I saw an internet add for Revive Youth Creme. It was a trial offer so I read the Terms and Conditions.
They stated "We are confident you will see the benefits of using our Revived Youth Product within our 14 days trial. You are taking the next step toward a more confident you! Upon signing up for your trial offer, your credit card provided will be charged a one-time processing fee of$4.95 or $2.95 with discount for a 30 day supply of Revived Youth. If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 days of the date that you enroll in the program, you will not receive any additonal product and you will NOT be charged ANYTHING else!!!"! PERIOD!!! It goes on about shipping. I called to cancel and she said well you have to pay for the creme and started throwing out different prices to purchase the creme or you have to return it. I read back the Terms and Conditions to her and said no where in there does it say you have to return the product. She said then you will be charged the $97.21. I, again, read back the Terms and Conditions where it says, IF YOU COTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TERMINATE YOUR TRIAL ENROLLMENT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE THAT YOU ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ADITIONAL PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING ELSE!!!! Here was her response. Well, we sent you a 30 days supply and you have a 14 day free trail, so the extra 16 days worth of creme you have to pay for!!! Now, I have heard everything. They charged my card the $97.21 There is no address for return and again no mention of any of this!!! BIG RIP OFF!!!!
Revive Youth Creme I read completely the terms and conditions before ordering ordering this free trial. It staes "We are confident you will see the benefits of using our Revived Youth Product within our 14 Days trial. You are taking the next step toward a more confident you! Upon signing up for your trial offer, your credit card provided vwill be charged a one-time processing fee of $4.95 or $2.95 with discount for a 30 day supply of Revived Youth. If you contact custommer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anythin else. Your enrollment date is the date that you submit your order for the trial product. All orders are shipped within one business day. If you do not cancel within 14 days of your trial purchase, we will charge the same card you provided the full product cost of $97.21 and enroll you in our auto ship program, which will ship yoou a fresh monthly supply of product so forth. NO mention of returning the unused product even if you cancel to not be charged the money. SO if you don't return the product they still charge you. There is NO mention of it and no address even if you wanted to send it back. When I called the first time to cancel within the 14 days they tried to sell it to me for different prices they said well then you have to pay the full price or return it. I said I I will read you the terms and condtions I agreed too and preceded to read what I just wrote here. I said NO where does it say to return the product to not be charged!!! She well they left that out!!! So they charged me the $97.21. This is the "BIGGEST" scam going. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! It's exactly like the first complaint in this forum said! ? They don't tell you even though
Revived Youth face creme internet ad (Pop-Up) advertised as " Biggest deal ever on Shark Tank" -( $2.5 million deal) They offered sample for $4.95 plus $1.99 for shipping and insurance. Less than 2 weeks later my account was charged $97. + change and $92. + change for "subscription".
Called them to cancel and was told could cancel my subscription and give me 35% refund because the Conditions and Terms of the offer were on page I ordered from. I argued with them as I am careful when ordering anything like this online. I saw no "tab" or any other refrence to Terms and Conditions on the ad. I looked online to find the Shark Tank episode they claimed it was aired and cannot find it.
Have filed a dispute over charges with my bank and so far have recieved full refund of one of the products and expect the second in next day or two. Also am filing complaint with my State's Attorney Generals Office.
As I have researched more online I am finding the same offer under various different product names. What I have noticed is the mailing address of each of them is exactly the same except for the P.O. Box number. All are in St. Petersburg, FL with same zip code of 33705.
I was told that I must return the sample product I paid for at my expense and the cost for them would not be refunded. If I did not do this, they would not refund anything. What a Scam! What are they going to do with it? Re using it is a scary thought. The sample (1 jar and 1 bottle) is a mere 0.39 lbs. and I would guess two thirds of this is the packaging.
I also asked about the $1.99 I paid for shipping and was told that was shipping and insurance, so if the product was damaged in shipment it could be replaced. I wonder about this also as I always thought insurance was a choice not mandatory.
After seeing on Shark Tank, I tried their Free Trial. Less than two weeks later they charged my debit card 97.21 and 92.30 for the products. They would not cancel or refund either the account or money. I was forced to cancel my debit card to stop the charges. This is a total scam and when you call they hang up on you.
This company advertised on Facebook for a risk-free trial of their products with only a $4.95 shipping charge with 14 day trial. My order was placed on December 4, 2016 and was received on January 4, 2017. Part of the product did not function correctly, therefore, I was unable to try the eye cream. I phoned for a replacement, which they complied later.
On January 13, 2017, I was billed for over $90.00 on each of the two creams I had requested. The billing names for each cream was completely different from either the company name or each other. I did not think it was something I had ordered.
After I tracked it down to Revived Youth, they said the 14 days was up and I was billed for the total on each cream. Imagine my surprise that the 14 days started on the day I ordered my risk-free trial offer. And, I had not even tried the eye cream as it did not pump. In my math - January 4 to January 13 is not 14 days.
Even if the product is affective, the company is not being run appropriately. When I did get to talk to someone at the phone number provided, they just argued with me. I have totally shut them off from sending me anything more or charging me in the future.
I was delighted to try a product that had the hype and worthiness to appear on the television show Shark Tank. Little did I know that there is a reason these small businesses blossom under the wings of the professionals using automatic bank drafts and nondescript print.
I knew that $4.95 was a great price to receive a small trial sample of "Revived Youth Ageless Eye Serum." I was excited and elated with the additional special offer of the "Perfect Skin" product trial sample that they would send me for $4.95 as well.
Upon receiving the product I was baffled. I could not understand why the products were so large. I felt confused. I knew that I had ordered a "trial" so the product size seemed unusual. Had they made a mistake? This is when I should have called but rather I decided that my confusion was resolved when I sampled the products.
From the time that I applied the perfect skin product to my forehead, I began to have headaches. I did not realize that it was this product until I used it consistently. The eye product was not terribly exciting or convincing either and I was actually concerned with using it as well due to the headaches I had experienced with its sister product.
I attributed the large size product "trial" and the headaches to a shoddy product line. I presumed that the introductory low price for shipping was due to a mass produced product that they were attempting to "dump" on the public. If I had not seen these products on my billing statement, I would not have realized that these pricey products would continue to be charged to my debit card until the rapture.
I had no recourse as I did not surmise that the headaches (for me) were caused by the product. I also did not realize the HEFTY price tag of these products until AFTER the 15 day trial period. Upon speaking on separate occasions with 2 representatives, I was concerned about my card continuing to be charged as it took them approximately 15 minutes to "find" my order. They would not refund my money ($92.30 and $97.21) and told me that the $4.95 were "shipping charges" and not for the products. Despite the headaches and what I felt was misleading advertisement, the representatives told me that the trial period had passed thus no refunds.
I have learned a VALUABLE lesson. Not to trust companies. I see these "trials" everywhere on the internet. I believe that many of the companies using a similar marketing technique are really "trolling" for credit card numbers hoping that a trusting consumer (like Me) will not take notice that they are charging us every month for their expensive products rather than giving us a "FREE TRIAL AND JUST PAY SHIPPING."
Do Not buy this product. I read information very carefully and I did not see the "lock in" information. WATCH.
I purchased a product seen on Shark Tank for a skin care cream. The cost, to my knowledge, was $4.95. When my credit card bill came, I was billed for $4.95, $1.99, and $97.21.
I immediately called and was told that I agreed to either return product within 14 days or I would be charged the full amount for the sample I got. Now first of all, the sample has been contaminated by me using it. What would they do with that when returned? Repackage it? They couldn;t answer that question when I asked it.
Secondly, I stated that I never agreed to anything nor would I ever purchase a jar of skin cream for $97.21. I was told that it is stated in the small tab at the bottom of the webpage that says terms and had I opened that tab, I would have seen that.
I am a senior citizen and feel that I have been taken advantage of. I did return the product, contacted my credit card company who is investigating, contacted the State of Florida Attorney General's office, as well as the Better Business Bureau of Western Florida.
The company responded to that saying "there are plenty of places on the website that state the conditions"--false! It also responded that I was sent a confirmation email. I never got one after I ordered the sample.
I received someone else's product and contacted RecivedYouth Cream on their customer service line. They would not help and canceled my order. When I requested a refund of the shipping and insurance they charges they refused.
Now I'm out the money and nothing to show for it. I'm a widowed 85 year old and can't afford to be ripped off. Please contact the Ohio Attorney General abouth this company. You can't find an address or phone number for the corporate offices on the Internet.
I saw an advertisement for the Revive Youth Cream and read all of the information available on the screen. Only cost was for shipping and handling of $4.95 so I decided to try it. I received a coupon code that would expire within 2-3 minutes. I checked to see that it was a secure site and then completed the order form. The order was confirmed with no mention of additional costs. pressing the continue button started bringing up additional offers of products The first two I simply pressed the Continue button because no other options were available on the pop-up screen. I am using Windows 10. Several more popup/product offers were presented. After the first two there was an option to say "no thanks, I am not interested". I know there were like 6-7 different products offered. Finally I was given the option to finish order but there was no display or listing of the products. At no time was there any way to go back into the order. When I received the Summary screen I was shown that an order for 3 different products had been placed. One was for 14.95. The other were for 4.95, shipping and handling each. My intent was to only get the Revive Youth cream for a shipping charge of $4.95. Nothing else. The order numbers were provided on the screen and I did a screen capture to get the information awaiting an email confirmation. The email never came. I found contact information of 1-800-836-0752 and an email address of [email protected]. First I called the phone number and was prompted for the phone number I used to place my order. I did not use an phone to place order but I had provided a phone number for my order. I entered this information and it returned the response that no order was found with that number. I tried to reach an operator by pressing various prompts and zero but it continued with the prompt for my phone number. I hung up and waited for about an hour and then called again. I was not able to find any other contact numbers for the product. same thing happened with the second and third phone call of the day. I then decided to send an email to the customer support email address stating I wanted two of the products removed from my order.
Next day on Monday I had not received any email response so I again called the 1-800 number. This time there were many other options available and many choices based on the product. I selected the item Revive Ice Cream to speak to a representative. "Cindy" came on to help and she went thru her routine to offer me other discounts and extend the trials. Asking me why I had not called the same day I placed the order. All kinds of nonsense and deflecting the issue that I wanted my order Cancelled. Telling me the items had already been shipped. I asked for the tracking number but she never gave it to me. During this game she also told me that I would only be charged a portion of the original product cost of $97. No where did I see anything about a cost. This was for a free trial. Now I am pissed. She kept saying her system could only offer me this deal or this deal. I got so frustrated with the game. Finally she told me to return the products once they arrived and she would cancel my orders. I am sure she did not reverse any charges that were already made and she did not resolve the matter as I had requested. After we hung up I did receive two emails regarding the cancellation of two of the orders but they were not for the correct products.
Do not work with this company or try any of its products. If it is that good the company will be easy to find on the internet. Word of mouth will sell their products.
For the Revive Company personnel, This is not over yet.
After readig about this company on Shark Tank, I decided to sign up a "Free Trial," where all you pay is about $4.95 and extra for shipping and handling. You provide your credit card information on the website and they send you,a small jar of trial cream. They feel nice but I'm not sure they even work as suggested.
I noticed 2 weeks later, my credit card was charged was for $97.20, from that company. At first, I had no idea what this charge was. Then, I called the numebr and they said it was the cost of the freal sample!
I NEVER authorized this charge. I would NEVER have paid that price for cream.
I called them to dispute, but they would not refund, claiming I authorized this. Totally miseleading advertising.
I called my bank to cancel. Such a fraudulent approach to marketing.
Revived Youth Renewal Cream is a scam to get your money. I saw an advertisement for this product online and clicked on it. The advertisement indicates this skin cream is an anti-aging cream that will make you look "visibly younger." The advertisement claims that this skin cream will "eliminate wrinkles entirely" and will lighten the dark circles around your eyes, firm your skin, nourishe the skin, enhance the complexion, and more. I fell for this scam because the company offers you a "Free Trial Offer" if you will simply pay the cost of shipping this sample to you. They want your Debit Card or Credit Card number to charge you for shipping, and my account was charged $4.87 for this on January 17, 2017. Within a week, I realized that something was wrong about this product - the description of their charge from my bank account was recorded as "Skin Care, Checkcard, Recurring." So I began to check into this company online. They apparently sign you up for a regular monthly "subscription" to this skin cream, if you don't contact them and cancel your order within 14 days. Their regular monthly subscription costs over $90.00! They just automatically charge you $90 every month for this skin cream, because they have your debit or credit card number, and if you don't cancel within 14 days, this is what will happen. So I found a website for them with some contact information. You are supposed to be able to call or email them to tell them that you want to cancel this subscription. Well I did both. In fact, I sent them two emails, very clearly stating that I want to cancel this subscription, and including all my contact information, along with the last four numbers on my debit card. I also called them two days in a row and told their Customer Service people that I want to cancel. Both days that I called, the young people who answered at their call center told me that they were unable to cancel and that I would receive a return call from a supervisor about this. Of course no one has called me. My next step today is to cancel my debit card and get a new one, so that they can't charge me any more money. However, I am sure they will probably report me to a credit agency for stopping payments. All of this trouble and stress has occurred because they were supposedly only going to send me a free trial sample of their product. I never agreed to a monthly recurring subscription to this product. This is a scam to suck the money right out of your bank account, without your permission. I have even tried to cancel this subscription within the 14-day trial period. It doesn't matter, they tell me that for some reason they are unable to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor the second time I called, and they said no, they had to have the supervisor call me. Well, that will never happen. I am a stupid, gullible 58-year-old woman who just wanted to try a skin cream. Don't fall for this one, ladies!
You have made a great decision by taking advantage of our Risk Free Offer, they say! 14 day trial, they say! I ordered 12/28, received 01/05, phoned them 01/13 having had the opportunity to use the product for 7days...but they included the days their product is in the mail also, they say! Ofcourse when I called they had already charged me for a subscription, which was not mentioned in their fradulent advertising, and another shipment which I have not received. Don't fall for their written words because they lie and it is set up as a scam. Any attempts to speak reasonably with their hired talking heads will prove futile, don't bother, just cancel. They are dishonest in advertising and I would hope there is a legal repercussion before they fleece, swindle many more honest internet purchasers.
Clicked on a free trial for revived youth as seen on shark tank. When I went back there are many links offering the free trial. I (after the fact) took several screen shots showing they have a 30 day free trial $4.95.No where on any of them have they said recurring shipment, charges, or anything relating to any charge other than the $4.95 free trial size.
2 wks later I'm charged $98, thinking I have a recurring shipment going out now. After calling multiple numbers they tell me that is for the trial size they sent. I told them I'd ship it back as it was only used once. Can't ship it back, said they are charging me for it regardless, could cancel future orders - which I said yes!
I told them no where on the webpage did it say anything like that, she proceeds to tell me it it on the website by law. Funny when I went back to history the page was gone, then I look using the search revived youth free trial and come up with many of the same pages I'd started with, so I took print screen. Again no where did it show that.
Revived Youth Reviews
In the beginning i ordered only the sample for $4.99.
Since then I am being charged $93.30 every month for stuff i don't even receive, which i do not want anyway.

Ordered the youth cream & paid the shipping , there was no information on a follow up charge , I am disabled and cannot afford this
I ordered these products online and never got an order confirmation, nor was it ever mentioned on the pages that I was joining a club or a service.
Now where did they tell you the cost of renewal. charging over 90.00 apiece for there probucts on my credit card.
Ad offered a trial for $4.95 and did not say must cancel before 14 days of shipment. I got charged $97 on my credit card. Could not get my monies back
I saw an advertisement for the Revive Youth Cream and read all of the information available on the screen.
