Revive Derma Reviews

The ad that is being seen on Facebook about the face cream Revived youth is a scam. I ordered a 2 week supply trial for $4.95 S&H fee. I received the product about 8 days later. The box included a jar of face cream and a bottle of Vita Glow skin town brightening formula, something I never saw before and certainly did not order. Two days later I noticed my bank account was debited $97.20. I called the number and was told yes I was billed the full amount for the product since I did not cancel my trial before it expired. I explained my trial was not expired and I ask for a refund. I was denied a refund and this really angered me, I ask to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager available,

I became upset and told him to get a manager on the phone right now, was told there was no manager available again. I became a little more assertive and ask him how he would like to be reported to the FTC, He put me on hold and came back and said he could give me half a refund. By this time I am really mad, I told him that was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund and I wanted it now, I added that I would be reporting them to BBB, Rip-offs and to the FTC and I'd get my refund and much more through my attorney when I sued. So he could just save us both a lot of trouble and probably his job if he just give me a full refund and I want it within the next 7 days.

My full refund was back in my account in 3 days. The product does not work and is sold under several names, one being Revita moisturizer, it doesn't work either. If you go back to their website a few days later, not the one you went through on FB but their website you will see the exact same ad, same pictures, same wording, same claims etc. only a different product name. I've seen it listed under at least 4 different names so far.

So if you are wondering whether to order this product or not, save yourself some time, effort, and money, DO NOT buy this product.

Took advantage of a "free offer" for eye care from Revive Eye. Following month I notice a $200 from the same company. I did not like the product, so I never gave it a second thought. To my surprise I receive two more bottles of their product. I check my credit card statement, come to find I was charged $200 for a product I have absolutely no use for. They keep you waiting on the line for at least 45 minutes. When they finally pick up, they inform you that the agreement was , if you do not cancel after 14 days of receiving free sample you will be charged $89.00 per bottle!!! No where on their advertisement does it say that this product is $89 bottle and I never noticed the agreement!! It must have been written in very small print. I am so dissappointed to be out appx $200 for something I have no use for. Do not fall for this offer!!! The product is not good. It feels like a mask when apply to your face. I want to give my $200 sample to someone as a gift but I would feel terrible since the product does not work!! If it was a good product at least I could have given it away and it wouldn't have been a total rip off. Feel incredibly scammed by this company. Their phones must be ringing off the hook with customers cancelling their orders!!!

I responded to a free trial. Well i pay 4.95 and am sent a sample of their supposive miracle eye cream. It did not work, point blank, i called in march (8th) and cancelled. Or so i thought, their angle is they put on a customer service representative who speaks english with what i'd call a thick accent who keeps refusing to let u cancel. Keeps trying to offer u a better deal on their junk product. So they still charge me the following month, i call and say NO, AND 30 MINUTES LATER the second thick accented lady is also refusing to cancel my order. I finally had to put my husband on the phone to recieve a confirmation of cancellation. And they ripped me off $70 and REFUSE TO LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. Period. Garbage

There is a company known by many different names, like Lyt Derma, Auralax, max fit goals, AGH Fitness Center, Complete Heal, all with different phone numbers. Their advertising is deceptive and supposedly a free sample, just pay for the shipping.

Nowhere does it say 14 days , then all of a sudden you get billed for 92.93, 89.95 and 49.92. When the package arrives it all comes from the same location in New York. Every phone call is answered by "filipinos? or very similar accent. Not one english speaking person. They inform you that you have no recourse. You cannot return the product, nor get your money back.

I have called at least 5 times and talked to different people and basically they say too bad, you cannot get all of your money back, the sale is final and they are being very nice just to give yu a 50% refund. The first gentleman I talked to assured me no shipments were going out, thery closed my account and I would not be charged. Baloney, I was charged and they shipped the product

I asked where they were located. The lady said Scottsdale, AZ. I asked for an address and the address is a post office box in the UPS store. They have different phone numbers but all of the people have the same accent even though they are supposedly at a different location and you cannot get to anyone in the company. I am positive that it is a call center overseas. I have never dealt with a company who refused their own product and refused to refund your money. I need to find out who is behind this scam so others do not get screwed.
