It's a scam. And on top if that, the product SUCKS
I did not see any improvement with the creams and the trial is a scam. It is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I find myself out of $185.00 for two creams that do not work. I'm really upset. They renew order automatically. I tried to return un opened product and was declined. Was told that I have to absorb the $185.00 dissatisfaction and only then will they stop the renewals. SCAM! BAD Company. You should be ashamed!!!
I ordered a trial for shipping charges only. They shipped me 2 products separately, skin and eye cream, 2 shipping charges. Icalled to cancel before the"trial period" expired. On my cc statement is the shipping charges plus the full price for one of the products, $89.97. I called to protest, they denied that i'd called to cancel. Tried to bargain, offering me $47.47, supposedly 1/2 refund. I til them i'd dispute the charge.
Do not order this product. It does not do what the advertising says it will for your skin. On top of that they will rob you blind . I thought I was only paying $4.97 for a trial size but when I got my cc bill there were two charges for $89.97.
I called and they said there was nothing they could do about it.
I am so angry.

When I originally ordered the product the company called to verify my information. I specifically asked them if I would be charged anything other than the shipping charges. I was told NO, if I didn't like the product, I could cancel within 30 days. 2 weeks to the day, they debited my credit card over 170.00 (two products, 85.00 each). When I called to dispute, they said it was only a two week trial, they they would refund half of the charges. I disputed that and they said they could either debit the whole amout or half, it was my choice.
They ignored my call to cancel before the trial peril was over, charged me a total of $100, then offered to refund $47.47! Refused to acknowledge that I'd called to cancel. What a bunch of cons. The product is all carcinogenic chemicals.
I was told when I called that there would be no further charges after the trial of paying $5.97. The trial was for 30 days. Two weeks later, I was charged $177 for the 2 products. They SAID it was in the terms I agreed to, but the only term I checked on the website was that I was at least 18 years of age! They are extremely fraudulent. When I complained, they said 'too bad, you agreed to it. I will give you 50% off only but they only gave me 50% off one product. I will call and complain again. I would like to sue them.
