As I am getting older, you want to find GOOD product that help fight the aging process. I usually do not fall prey to the advertising touted by celebrities, But at a time of weakness I thought I would jump in and try a "No Risk Free-Trial" product endorsed by Chrisie Brinkley. I Wanted to order the youth cream to see if I liked it. I thought that I had looked for all the fine print to make sure I wouldn't be charged for the product if I didn't care for it. I wasn't able to find such fine print. So I ordered the youth cream, and during the ordering process I somehow ordered the eye serum as well. But I thought, no big deal, it's a "FREE TRIAL" I did try the product for about 2 to 3 weeks and did not achieve the results I thought I would get based on the advertising I had come across.

Them one day, my bank account was charged $29.97 and $25.94 for the two products. I called and spoke to Agent 36 (whos name I won't include) and she said I could return the unused products to P.O. Box 41542, St. Pete, FL 33743 after supposedly checking to make sure she was giving me the correct information. She even gave me a RMA#1A720F0C77E3 that had to be clearly displayed on the packaging on the return. Again, she put me on hold to supposedly check to see if I could be refunded for the charges debited from my bank acct on 12/1/2016 and indicated all she was authorized to offer me was a 35% refund total $19.57. She said she could transfer me to a Supervisor that may be able to help me with my request, but.

Agent 36 transferred me to Agent 73 (name also withheld) and she told me that I COULD NOT return the product and their warehose would not accept the return even if I sent it. She also told me I WOULD NOT be given ANY refund at all. She said they have company poliicies that have to be abided by and if I didn't like how they run their business, she was sorry. I reiterated that they advertise a NO RISK FREE TRIAL, but she said I needed to call within a 14 day timeframe, even though I was told by the first Agent that I needed to use the products for more than 2 to 3 weeks to see any results. Now when I viewed a video demonstration of the product, it showed someone applying the eye serum on an older ladies one eye and fanning her face with a piece of paper to in order to get the product to dry quicker and the results could be seen on the treated eye. And, to my stupid amazement, I saw a difference within a seemingly few moments.

Anyway, Agent 73 didn't really care that I was not happy with the products and didn't see the same results as in the video, but I could not return or receive any refund on the 12/1 charges. If ReVita Youth was doing so well and they had a good product, the measling $55.91 I was asking to be returned to me wouldn't make a dent in their bottom line.

I was gullible and got Duped. I could understand if I reorder the products and then tried to return them after using for a couple weeks. I would have never called the company requesting to return and get credited a refund. I would live with my decision to continue using the worthless (in my opinion) product. My hope is by reporting this complain, I can save some other gullible person looking for help to stay completely away from ReVita Youth and don't order anything from them regardless of the "NO RISK FREE TRAIL" advertisement. The only positive outcoming from my call to ReVita Youth was that my acct was cancelled and I would no longer receive anymore products andmy bank account would not incur any more charges from them. But, WE SHALL SEE HOW THAT GOES. As I was duped by them once already.

I made the mistake of accepting to receive a free product and paid shipping only in December 2016. When the product arrived, I had already forgotten the means through which I had ordered (Facebook ad I believe), as no notification/confirmation, etc. of the "order" was sent via email. I tried it and was unimpressed. A month later, another package arrived. I had not requested it and read nothing of an ongoing shipment. There was NO documentation in the package (receipt, information for a return - nothing).

With a busy schedule and children away at colleage - visiting them frequently - I made a note to figure out how to ensure I would receive no more shipments when another would arrive. Well, three months in, I finally receive a notification from the credit card I had apparently used for the initial "shipping only" trial offer asking if I had spent $200 on eye products.

I immediately indicated NO and thought my cc had been compromised. It was only with this alert that I was given a phone number to the company and information on what the products had been costing (nearly $1000 at this point).

How could I have not know said the customer service rep at Revita Youth........ I suspect as designed by their company. I rarely used the cc I had initially paid the "free trial" shipping of $5 and was set up on auto pay/paperless billing. I was NOT alerted about these charges until April 23 (three months after they began). Nothing changed in my bank account. It was a cc I rarely used. There was absolutely NO information on the fact that I had, in fact, committed to a "subscription" that cost $200/mo. NOTHING. There was NO receipt in the boxes (which I had began setting aside to return when I had figured out how to/where to send them). There was NO visibility in what I had apparently signed myself up for and what it was costing me.

The entire program is set up to deceive and obtain as much money as possible until the unsuspecting customer realizes what is happening. They then inform of unrealistic return requirements.

This report is just the beginning. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I am pursuing fraudulent activity claims with my credit card company against Revita Youth and I will be launching a full scale anti Revita Youth social media campaign.

This was WRONG. They are deceiving people.

I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription due to the fact that I am currently unemployed and unable to work at this time. I wasn't able to get through to an agent so I sent an email clearly stating to cancel any future shipments. I didn't receive an email back, although they said they sent one offering me a discount and if I didn't reply they would continue shipments. Then they shipped me more product and took $98.00 out of my bank account. I had $100.00 to my name. I called and complained and told them I would ship it back for a refund and they said they would not refund me. Even after I explained my situation. I am going to fight this. Because I have my email stating to cancel my subscription. Don't deal with this company unless you want to get screwed.

I purchased Revita Youth and all they said was pay $5.94 and $4.94 for your trial samples and that shipping was free. I read it very carefully there was nothing about a membership fee that gets charged Every month for a product. I called and told them I did not want to be a member it was not shown anywhere on my order form when I ordered that I would be signing up as a member and I did not receive any kind of an invoice or packing slip email or with my package. When I called my credit card company they informed me that this company has been doing this and people have been calling in to get refund and also the company is not wanting to give you your money back . I called the company and she wouldn't give me a full refund she would only give me 30% discount on the $85 and $89 that I was charged for the two products. It took a lot of work to get it canceled so my credit card is not charged every month the $89 and $85. They are cooking people into buying this and not giving all the details on how it works so my advice is do not buy this product from this company.

I ordered samples of Revita outh Eye Serum and Moistureizer for the cost of shipping and handling only. The products were sent out 15 days after my order was placed and the trial is 15 days so it is impossible to return for a refund. I did not give my credit card number so I felt comfortable ordering the samples. I would not have ordered otherwise, but they can get your card number anyway.

I was charged $89.97 for the moisturizer and $85.94 for the eye serum. When I called 855-794-5382, I was offered the product at half price or "other return" options - which there are none. I thought it safe to order samples, but I got scammed!

I orderd the sample of cream for $4.94 and second sample of cserum was $5.94. Im was charge $85.00 and the $89.00 from my bank account. This is wrong for any company to do consumers like this. I want my money back. I did not get the larger bottles only small samples.

I saw a video of this product on facebook and didn't do my due diligence by seeing if it was a scam before ordering , order eye revitalizer for bag under the eye and for what i thought was a trial but also received another moisturizer, thought i had 30 days before canceling, used only eye revitalizer for 1 month with no change called to cancel when i saw the were charging $90 for each. they cancelled but would not take off charge, since there was no improvement or take back not opened or order moisturizer . i called VISA to dispute the charge, we wil see,be carefull dealing with this company.

Placed order for skin & eye cream online (pop up). Gave CC# for shipping & handling. Exactly 2 weeks later my debit card was charged for both $175.91. Called Revita Youth who said if i did not cancel within 14 days I will receive auto-shipments of this much. I requested money back. They would only give me $61.57 back for a re-stocking fee. I told the gentleman that i never agreed nor saw anything about a club anywhere & that this is a scam. PS: never received samples. Only sent full sizes. He said they do not make samples.

I ordered a trial size of Revita Youth Advaced Skincare and New Brilliance for the cost of shipping (appx. $6 each). I received the product believing it was trial size and used the Revita Youth according to instructions. When I received my credit card bill 30 days later I was charged $89.97 for the Revita Youth and $85.94 for the new Brilliance AND enrolled in an automatic monthly shipping program.

None of this was spelled out on the website in a way that was clear and understandable. When I called I was told that by ordering I had agreed to the terms and conditions and I was out of luck. I immediately unenrolled from the automatic monthly shipping and have been promised a refund of the second months items that had already been shipped. However, other web posts state that the company does not give the promised refunds so it remains to be seen as to whether I will actually get a refund.

An ad came up on Facebook. It showed a man with severe bags beneath his eyes. He applied a cream to one eye and then fanned it with a piece of paper to dry it. As he was fanning it, the bag slowly went away. He looked so much younger. Then a woman appeared with the same baggy condition. She did the same thing. She even touted that she does one eye then drives around to see her friends showing how great this stuff is proving it with one bag gone and the other showing. She seemed very real. I clicked what was presented to me as a “shipping only” trial. The charge was $5.94 for Eye Serum. Then, something came up for another item, which I did not want. There was no way to finish the transaction unless I clicked on the second item, which made me think that there was a box that I could uncheck before completing the transaction just like on Amazon or any other website. There was none which forced me to accept a second item. I was charged an $4.94 for Neuvia Cream that I didn’t want. I went back to look for the ad on Facebook and it was gone, which is the way Facebook works. They have completed their mission and they don’t show it again.

I never received an email from them confirming a purchase or any terms and conditions. There were no terms and conditions shown when completing the purchase on Facebook on my phone.

Today, I saw on my credit card statement that I was charged $85.94 for the Eye Serum and $89.97 for the Neuvia Cream. I was shocked since as I’d said there were never any terms and conditions to agree to, nor were there any to read.

I called MasterCard to contest. They got a customer service rep on the phone, but before doing so, she explained to me that they get these complaints every day and that there are 14 days within which I would have had to have called to cancel my subscription and to not be charged for the items. Subscription? No where was there any mention of subscription, nor was there anything showing the cost of the items if I were to have purchased them. Had there been, I certainly would have called within 14 days.

After getting on the conference call with the MasterCard rep and the man named Zeno (spelling?), he proceeded to ask me if I’d had any results with the items. I said no. I’m not sure why he even asked about results because he then launched into the 14 days cancellation, etc. saying that I had agreed to that, which as I said earlier, I had not agreed to and had never seen. I asked him for a copy of emails they sent to me and a copy of the video ad. He said he would send me copies, but not of the ad. I've not yet received them. By the way, that video doesn’t even appear on their website. Don’t you think that if the product was that good it would be there? Silly me. Snake oil is all about false advertising. They should not be permitted to sell this product in such a way.

I have checked and double checked my inbox and my trash. The only emails ever received from that company were today which confirmed I was cancelling the subscription that I had never agreed to. I would like to see that video again. If I am in error, then I accept the blame for my failure. But this was not my error. MasterCard has charged them back.

Their initial misleading part of the website is "buying these great skin products ....just pay shipping and handling of $4.95! I did and never, never saw anywhere that it said I will be charged 89.00 per bottle if I open, use or keep the product!

Their Website is extremely misleading and you have to read the terms and conditions in order to get the big picture of what they will ultimately charge you. Still under their terms and conditions, it states a full refund if not completley satisfied....just send back the unopened product. REALLY? How can I be unsatisfied with the product if I CAN'T USE IT?

I got on the phone with them today and demanded a refund, since they had no authorization to take this money from my account in the first place. They never sent me an email with tracking to say it was coming either! Totally set-up!

I received my FULL refund for almostr $200.00! Spoke with their Operator #072 - Julie who kept telling me they don't accept open bottles returned. I told her I wan't returning any product, I paid for them as per their ad!! She reiterated and repeated, like shes been through this a million times! Advised her to leave this Company who is scamming people!

Once I threatened them with going to the BBB and the Press, only then I received my refund!

The company claims you have a 14 day trial, but actually you do not, you have a 10 day trial and I guess a trial of mail for 4 days, they want you to call for more time. Unlike most companies that give you a 14 day trial to use their products. The add is deceptive about your trial period there is not a 14 day one as advertised in bold print. This company should have a class action suit against it for false advertising, I do not want to buy something with a 10 day trial that advertises in bold print 14 days. The mailing time is not a trial of the product. The product does not work so don't waste your time it works as good as any cheap lotion you can buy, and it also dried my skin out. Don't waste your precious time with this company or product. I don't know why I did not see about the disclaimer I look for them, because I hate to do things that have automatic renewals. I went to a link off of an advertisement on the computer. When they have a class action suit against them I want to be part of it, It is just a matter of time. They should get one for misleading advertisement. Their customer service is no better, I talked to Jasmine#103 and supposely her supervisor Natalie#417 and you will get no help, I hope this saves someone from the headache they will get from this company. By the way this is the first time I have ever lodge a complaint, they make me so mad, what a rip off company.

Ordered this skin care product-did not authorized any additional charges on my credit card.the rep that I called told me that credit card dispute mediation would not work, because the Credit card company had to ask so many questions because a free trial was involved.I did not have the option of cancellation.

The rep that I spoke with gave me a RMA #-said that I was required to pay the postage-my only other option was to accept a 50% refund, which would take a long time-I have return shipped to PO Box 33705 St Peterburg,Fl 33705 RMA# is 28D8ABFEFB64

should have followed my first instints and filed a report with the CC Company

Billed me for products ordered and returned to a different company. The company I ordered their product from (Beauty & Truth) refunded my money (50% immediately and 50% when returned). This company sent me nothing and charged me $89.97 and $85.94 from my bank account. This company is a total ripoff! Do not order any of their products from anyone!

Advertised as free sample - just pay shipping. I checked all pages to make sure I wasn't signing up for automatic withdrawel for a monthly order. I didn't find anything. However, I got charged 89.97. When I spoke to Selena #977, she said that it was listed in the terms and conditions which was supposed to be above the checkout button. When I tried to find it, what I found was a button to click that was "complete transaction". Needless to say I was not going to "complete transaction" to find the terms and conditions AFTER they took my money. Oh, yeah, the terms are that you have to cancel within two weeks.....and I saw another complaint regarding this company that stated that the terms are unreadable anyway! I told them to cancel me immediaately! I feel that this is false advertising and deceptive practice to hide the fact that they will e billing you for your "free sample"!

Revita Youth Advanced Skin Care came home from a trip from Oct 13th to Dec 5th - I had my mail held - when we got it there were two boxes and two charges on my credit card bill of $89.97 and 85.94 one charged on Nov 1st and 1 charged on Dec 1st. Spoke to company and they cancelled and credited Dec charges. I asked for a supervisore/mamager to review the Nov 1st charge as fraud as I had tried this rpoduct several years ago and cancelled - I did not order this again - they said someone would call me back- I called another 2 times and again was told someone would called me back- I called today and spoke to Customer service Innell Winnell. He advised that someone had tried to call me back(my phone is a business phone answered or message left 24-7- and the reslut was no refund... When I explained I did not order he qouted the 14 day policy rule and stated even if I went to the credit card no way was I getting the money back. I can only assume that they somehow pulled up my old information or someone did a fraud....There is not customer servive offered by customer service...............I am 69 years old still working part time to afford basics- this company should be investigated.- Internet Oregon on credit card bill

I recieved my trail products from Revita youth, Trail period was 2 weeks. To me trail period means you get to try the product for 2 weeks. For Revita is means from the day they ship it. Which in my case i recieved a few days before the 14 day trail was up. Not aware that I had to call to cancell at that time.(4 days to try product) I thought I had 14days. $85.94 &$89.97 was takien out of my acc. I called them and they said they were sorry but in fine print, on other page I should of called. They did offer me 35% back. They need to make it clear so people up front know the cost it will be. If i only recieved 1 day before 14 day trial or on vacation and didnt get to even use the product, does not make them any differance. So beware when you buy the cost and your 14days start when you order.

I came across an ad on Instagram for a free sample of an anti aging skin cream Christie Brinkley stands by. The ad said all I had to do was pay for shipping. Sounds great right? So of course I sign up to recieve my free sample. I was told there was no further action needed. Nowhere did it give a price of what the actual product cost. I wouldn't have even tried it, if it actually worked, I couldn't afford that. After I paid, I never recieved a confirmation email, a receipt, nothing! I immediately felt I had been scammed, I have been a member of several subscription services. I always get multiple emails from these companies saying when my product will be shipped, receipts, welcoming emails, promotional emails, ect. The product took a couple weeks to get to me. When I recieved it, it was not even the product shown in the ad. Again, no recipes, paperwork or anything. A couple weeks later my bank informs me that there was unusual activity on my account. They asked me to confirm if I approved these charges, which I did not. They then reimbursed my money. About a month after this the bank sends me an email saying they are taking the money back out of my account. I then track down the number for revita youth. Explained that I was under the impression that I was not subscribing since it said no further action needed and also the lack of communication. They then told me that if I had called them and said I did not like the cream that they would have reimbursed my money. However because I told the bank that I did not approve the purchase that there was nothing they could bo for me. That I should take it as a lesson learned. I then asked since they took my $89, can I at least get something for my money lost. I was of course told no and the lady said, "well you didn't like the cream anyway". I don't understand how a company can subscribe you to something while constantly change their website, not give you any contact information and not send any emails. This was a total scam!! $89 down the drain!

I ordered two products from Revita Youth the Ageless Skin Moisturizer and the Ageless eye revitilizer. Neither has done anything to improve the texture or wrinkles in my skin. I accepted their Free Trial Offer of $5.95 per item shipping and they assured me in the ad that there would be no other charges. If I liked their product, subsequent orders would be billed at the regular price. I placed the order on 11/29/16. The actual samples arrived on 12/8/16 and today 12/14/16 my checking account was debited for $89.97 and $85.94 respectively for each product. I immediately contacted my back to hold those payments and contacted the company as well. After a 10 minute discussion witht the Customer Service Rep, I escalated to a Supervisor Kristi employee #73. She advised me as did the Customer Service Rep that the commitment was 14 days then bill the full amount. I advised her she had two options, I would return the unused product and theyy refuld the full amount of the purchase or I stop pay on the checks and they get nothing. She tried to offer a discount on future orders or a 85% refund and a restocking fee. I repeated my requiremnts and she agreed. I have the RMA number and return address. However, I would caution anyone who is tempted to try this product to just skip it. It doesn't work and it's certainly not worth the grief over their purchase program.

This rip-off places language deep in the terms and conditions that you are signing up for a subscription, but advertises you are signing up for a trial of their products. If you don't cancel in 14 days, you are charged $190.00. Many of us have fallen to this scam.

I paid a $6 and a $5 fee to try two TRIAL products from Revita Youth Cream. When I go to do my banking, they not only charged me that but another $90 and another $89 for approximately $190 !!!! No where anywhere when I applied for the two trial bottles did it say anything about this on-going fee. In fact it said the opposite...14 day trial...No Committment !!!

When I called them, they said I signed up for it but I know for a fact it didn't say anything about an "on-going shipping membership" because I NEVER SIGN UP FOR THOSE !!!!

They would not refund any of the money and tried to give me 50% off on MORE SHIPMENTS !!! I said are you crazy....not only are you deceiving the consumers, your stuff doesn't even work !!!!

I went online and signed up for the “Free Trial” of two products – their Eye Serum, and Moisturizer. Big mistake. Two weeks after I ordered the product, they charged my account for another $35.00. When I called to find out why, I was told that they would be charging my card for the auto-ship orders. What? Nowhere on their website do they even mention – in an obvious place – that once you order the “free trial” you’re actually giving them permission to ship product to you every month, and charge you at least $89.95 for each product. The ONLY place on their site that makes any reference to this practice, is in their “Terms and Conditions”, which you have to click on and read all the way through to find it. Actually, they have it listed as a “NEGATIVE ACTION CLAUSE”, which basically means that they can ship you stuff every month, and charge you whatever they want. Do NOT order from this shady company. I had to literally scream at them and tell them I was going to call my bank, to get any kind of help from them. I was told to return the product, and they will issue a full refund. Stay away from this company.

I am appalled

I am very appalled that a company, with a national spokesman would lure women in to sample a product with intentions of dupping the public with illegal billing practices. Shame on the company! Including their sponsors.

I order eye serum on a 30 day free January 28th 2017 and was charge 99 dollars and 98 dollars on February 10th which was before the 30 days. Then i was charged 102 dollars and 98 dollars on March 10th. I didn"t notice until March 14th 2017 when I checked my account which was overdrawn. I called them and they were charging me allof these fees. But nothing came in paper it only advertise on line try for free for 30 days just pay shipping handling. So I just want my money back

Ordered a sample of Revita's eye revitailizer and moisturizer. Free except for shipping,

Weeks later the products arrived in a padded shipping bag with no return address or shipping document or invoice.

4-5 weeks later I get two charges from my bank for $98.88 and $102.86

I had no idea they would charge this much. Their claim is that I should have read the terms and conditions at the time of the order. If I did it sure didn't indicate that I would be receiving bills for the "free" products. and that i needed to opt out to stop new product from shipping. Yikes! the product isn't worth anymore than the $10 or less creams I buy at the local grocery store. It's a total scam

They have now shipped a new batch of this crap to me and told me if I return it they will refuse it. So I guess it will bounce back and forth between us for months on end.

  • Feb 25, 2017

This is a total SCAM- DO NOT BUY! They infer that you gwet to try the product for the minimalshipping cost, then charge you IN FULL after you've had it 14 days- and it is VERY expensive. They also enroll you in a monthly shipping program. The worst thing of all?! The product does NOTHING. I like to think I am savvy to scans- don't be mislead like I was.

Revita Youth Cream is an unethical busines and their customer service is horrific. Didn't know they were sending me products, called to get refund, and waited 15 minutes to speak with an customer service Rep. First Rep was not helpful and hung up on me. Second person would not give me Supervisor line and said they don't have to transfer me to a Supervisor. She said the supervisor line was too long and it would a a waste of my time. She would not give me their information. After five minutes to pressing for the supervisor line, Rep transferred me. The Supervisor was horrible and said she would help and asked that I hung up because she had to get to other customers. Seriously, this is the most unethical company with the most horrific best practice I've ever seen.

In October, I did the trial base, but never seen any products from them before until Saturday. That's when I called their customer service line. They said products have been dropped off, but I have never seen it before until Saturday. They have charged almost $1000 worth of products on my charge card. Unbelieveable and what a scam. I can't believe companies like this exist.

12/24/16- while on Facebook, I clicked on an ad that stated this skin product was so great that all the Sharks from Shark Tank bought into it. I was brought to a page that showed that you could order a trial of Revita Youth Eye Serum for just the $5.94 cost of shipping. I assumed it was the product from Shark Tank. The ad said all you needed to pay for was shipping. I did not see anything that said it was a 14 day trial and that you would need to cancel within 14 days or else you will be charged full price for the trial product. I purchased the Revita Youth Eye Serum. Shortly after the purchase, I had an alert from my credit card company asking me if I authorized a $4.94 payment to Revita Youth. I assumed the charge was the Serum, so I said I did authorize the purchase.

I placed my order on 12/24/16. Due to the Christmas holiday, I did not receive my product until 12/28/16. When the package arrived there were 2 products- the Revita Youth Eye Serum and the Revita Youth Eye Cream. I wasn’t sure why I received two products. I thought there may have been a special promotion for the eye cream. There was no paperwork or invoice in the package; just the products.

I tried the eye serum for several days and saw no immediate results. I went online to google Revita Youth to review their claims of this product and found a lot of links to Scams associated with Revita Youth. I read a few links and saw that many people wound up getting charged full price for the product if they didn’t cancel within 14 days. So on January 9th I called to cancel. I called Revita Youth and spoke with Natalie, Agent #337 and I told her I wanted to cancel. At no time did she tell me that I would be charged full price for the items. She offered me the products at half price, but I thought she meant for future products, so I declined.

When my credit card bill arrived, I saw that I was charged for two shipments; one for $4.94 and one for $5.94 AND I was billed $89.97 for the eye cream and $85.94 for the eye serum. I called Revita Youth and spoke to Christine, Agent #73 and explained that I was charged for the two products. She told me that I cancelled outside of the 14 day trial period. I told her that I didn’t get the product until 12/28/16 and that I did cancel within the 14 day trial period. Christine told me that the 14 days starts when you place the order, not when you actually receive the product. She said that information was on their website, but again it was not information that I saw when placing the order. She told me that there was nothing she could do for me.

I contacted my credit card company to put a stop to the payment. They conferenced me in with an agency from Revita Youth who once again said they would not refund my money.

I have several issues regarding this transaction:

The initial reason I clicked on the website was the false information that this product was one that all the Sharks from Shark Tank invested in

When you place the order for the trial product, you do not see the information about the 14 day trial period.

The product arrives with no paperwork or invoice; just the products

They calculate the 14 day trial from the date the product was ordered, not when it was delivered. This does not give you the 14 days to actually try the product

Multiple similar complaints about their business practice and refusal to refund the money

Revita Youth free "trial" is a scam. They take your credit card number for postage, then the next thing you know is your bank account is being charged hundred's of dollars a month for items you never ordered. The customer service department is, of course, no help and they refuse to return money. If you send items back you never ordered and were charged for they charge you an additional 15% restocking fee. An out and out scam.

I took advantage of the "free trial" for S&H only... Product arrived relatively quickly but without any documentation in the box. Nor did I receive any email correspondence detailing the terms of the free trial.

When checking the credit card statement, we notice $170 of unexplained charges, so I called the 888 number listed with the charge. The fellow I spoke with was extremey rude: not only didn't he listen, but he refused to refund my money, stating that I had missed the cancellation period. He finally cancelled all future shipments, but not until I had argued awhile.

I will never order a free trial again... everything has a price!

This company advertises a free trial then charges you the full amount 15 days later. By the time you get your credit card statement, it's usually too late to get a refund! If they talk you into getting a second trial in addition (eye serum + face moisturizer), they do the same thing with the second product. My "FREE" trials were charged to my card- $4.97 + $5.94 -and 15 days later I was charged $85.94 + $89.87. Total SCAM! Customer service refuses to help and states it's the customers fault for not reading all the policies. I went back to look and they have a different site for the free trial- www.revitayouthtrial.com. I couldn't find any mention of their "policy" to charge the full amount on the 15th day. This statement is on their full website revitayouth.com. In addition, the products weren't that great! Certainly not worth the almost $90 per product that they charge.

I responded to a free trial offer for Revita Youth skin cream - they promised to ship a free sample of the product for the cost of shipping (about $4.95). The product evidently came with terms and conditions that were in very small print at the bottom of the website - though I did not see them. It took about 8 days to receive the sample. From there I had 5 days to evaluate and call to cancel or be billed for the retail price for the product. No where did they represent that the retail price was $89.97.

First, 5 days is not enough time to evaluate a new cream. Second, there are other complaints of people who didn't receive their shipment until day 14. Third, do not buy this product unless you are willing to spend $94.92 per jar of cream (retail price plus shipping), which I am sure represents about a 500% mark-up. Fourth, others have tried to dispute these charges.

I called the toll free # and told them they were scammers, they offered to give me a 30% refund...I told them that I read all online offers thoroughly and no where was it presented that I would have to pay an additional $89.97 on day 14. I asked again for a full refund or I would dispute the charge. They then offered a 50% refund and said that others had tried to dispute the charges and failed after they present their website terms and conditions to the credit card company. The fact they admitted that others had tried to dispute the charges and failed should tell you that I was not the only person deceived by this scam.

Do not buy this product.

Placed order online for $10.88 sample and was charged $190 before the product was delivered. I called customer care and the agent blamed me for not clicking the link on the pop up order page because if I had, I would have read their terms and conditions. She said their terms say that if I do not contact them and tell them how I like the product within 14 days of the order being placed, i would be charged full price. The order screen i saw was a pop up box and I felt uneasy that it might be a scam and I looked for the "fine print" before ordering and found none so thought for $10.88 what do I have to lose? I guess $190 is what i had to lose.

The confirmation email i received from them did not include any disclaimer or terms or link and the product came 12 days after the order date - agian with no disclaimer or terms mentioned. That was of no concern to her, she asked how I liked the product and I told her I had an adverse reaction, she said "oh, I've never heard that before" and she went into a script of why I should continue to use the product and allow them to continue shipping at a reduced rate.

This is a SCAM! The product is substandard at best and the practices are unethical.

The company emails a free trial offer and has a link to a landing page which very clearly tells you that they need your credit card only for shipping and handling and that this is not a product order. Note the email and the landing page are not publically shown or part of the public web site and also cannot be printed as evidence. However (and this is where the fraud gets even more clever), you will receive a bill from your credit card company for the product and automatic reordering for it if you do not call within 14 days. Once you go beyond their 30 day money back guarantee (which started when the 14 day trial period started), then they will not give you an RMA number to return the product nor a refund. The email the free trial offer in the middle or to end of a month, so orders are captured and shipped, yet the charges for the free trial and the 30 day money back period end before you receive your monthly credit card bill. By the time you receive your credit card bill, you are already beyond the 30 day period so the credit card company stands behind the merchant's policies (which are explained on the public web site but not on the landing pages the emil sent you to. Its all very clever. But the customer gets a big bill from the credit card company, which won't then dispute the merchants charge.

Ordered three products from this company:

1) Revita Youth - Age Defying Skin Cream - 14 day supply, no commitments $0.00, $4.94 S/H

2) Revita Youth - Age Defying Eye Serum - $0.00, $5.94 S/H

3) Revita Youth - Vitamin C Eye Serum - $24.92, $0.00 S/H

Received instead:

1) Revita Youth - Revitalizing Lifting Serum

2) Revita Youth - Ageless Moisturizer

3) Revita Youth- Ageless Eye Revitilizer

Did not receive product in time allocated, called and was told they were giving me additional trial period to end 1/25/17. When I got the product the next day or so, looked and the products were not even what was ordered but I was assured they were the same product that was illustrated on their site.

Tried one of the products, had a bad smell, so called on 1/25/17 and told them I did not want to receive any more of their products as it did not agree with me. Was never told that I would be billed an additional $175.91 which showed up later on my credit card in two charges. When I called about the charges was told that I got billed this amount because I cancelled too late and they had sent me full sized products. They were agreeable to refunding 35% but the representative said she would check with a supervisor and got me 50% after just seconds being away from the phone. I explained that no one ever mentioned that I would be receiving these additional charges and was told it was on their disclaimer page.

I feel that this company is practicing deceptive marketing and they need to also tell people up front that they will be charged these outlandish prices and not leave it up to the fine print.

This product is not worth what they are charging for it and I am not even confident that I got the products that were advertised.

After purchasing skin care products by this company online for $40 on Nov. 12th I received an unauthorized withdrawl from my bank account on Dec. 13th for $89.97 by this company and again the next month on Jan. 13th for $94.91. I received no further products, nor did I ask for any more or expect any more. I had not ordered any more products from them. I called the number on my bank statement showing the deducted amount, 888-211-7845 Skin. The supervisor told me that I agreed to their terms and conditions that stated if I did not reply to cancel my order after 14 days that I agreed to purchase a monthly subscription of products to be sent to my home and charged on my debit card. I DON'T THINK SO. I did not and would not have agreed to that deal. Nor was I aware of this contract. The amounts that were charged to my account were odd to say the least. $89.97 then more the next month, $94.91?? These amounts do not make sense.

This is false advertising. If I checked a box under terms and conditions it was not made clear to me that those amounts of money would be charged to my account. After I called to complain the supervisor, Milton, said he could not refund my money but would give me 80% of my purchase price if I returned the products that were sent to me in January. I have not received any products in January to send back. I told him I wanted a full refund for the December and January charges but I would pay the original $40 for what I originally ordered. And I said I would send back the original products but they didn't want them and still would not refund the money they took out of my account unauthorized.

This is not okay. It should be made clear to the consumer if another charge is going to be charged to their account and how much, not just hidden charges that are taken out monthly at almost $100 per month!! This company is a rip off.

The products are worthless as well. The skin care products did nothing that was advertised, and I went back to using my old skin care because the Revita Youth was useless. DO NOT USE Revita Youth Serum Skin Care. It doesn't work and they are thieves.

Thankfully my bank is going to reverse the false charges and give me my money back!! But this company needs to be shut down. They are bad business.
