I signed up online and payed $1 to receive a one time sample of revitaderma eye cream. It keeps being delivered to my home and I am being charged. Noone will help. Noone speaks English.
I like to think of myself as intelligent and able to discern scams from authentic offers. Today I learned that I can be fooled. My willpower was down after crying my eyes out for two hours then looking in the mirror. I look in the mirror to rinse my face and see that at 37 my wrinkles are starting to come in, my eyes are puffy and I'm feeling at an all time low. So I go to look at Instagram to numb my brain and check out for a bit, and I come across an add for Christie Brinkly's miracle face cream that not only keeps your skin looking young but reverses it in minutes. Mistake #1, I tap on the add, it takes me to a web page. It offers a free 14 day trial at just the low cost of shipping. What fine print there is I read. I order. Turns out I missed the big catch! Why?! Because it's not even stated!! First my phone starts ringing off the hook with sales representatives from what I assume is this company. I ignore them because I'm not in the mood to talk. That was mistake #2. The next day I call after my order confirmation because I looked up more information about the product after the fact, and saw everyone screaming "SCAM!!!" They were right. After 30 minutes on the phone with a very nice customer service agent answering from somewhere in India, no sarcasm, she was very nice, I finally get to cancel my order but not the way a normal business cancels. No.... First, they have shipped the order no returning it sealed in the same box. No... I have to take the product. I also have to call them to let them know that I received it, and then I have to keep it, and I HAVE TO pay $29.95. For the product because they don't ship you a trial size. The are so sure you will love the product that they ship you a full size bottle and which you can't return. Also! If you don't call and complain or try to cancel they will charge you $89! For that same bottle and continue to ship & charge you for a new bottle every month!! Lesson learned; Luckily it only cost me $35.00 (including shipping) and hopefully this will help others.
Revita eye they were supposed changed $ 5.95 and I knoless something happens in the account I started check out my bank account and those people from April to august 2015 they took $91.95 dollars without permission. I did not know how the people believe in those companies who offer something and the Changes total the offering and they try to sale their products in the bad way. so people have to understand that this is not the way to get the money they should be panashmen from government is not right to make money the way they doing.
