Caller from 800-978-4501 identified himself as Windows technician. Before he could go into same spiel I have heard many times, I quickly asked him to remove my phone number and not call me again. He replied by calling me a b**** and hung up. When I redialed the number, the people answering the call said that outgoing calls did not originate at that number...thereby calling me a liar, too. Eventually, I got a supervisor and he apologized but still claimed the call did not come from there. From listening to the area to be reached, it sounded like this company has something to do with repairing computers or software.
