Did nor like face cream product, after 30 days usage as recommended, and did not want to then order product. Six or so weeks later I was then billed $179+ CAN for the product, for "full" price of product. This $ was just scooped out of my bank acct.
I was billed this $ because I did not return the samples "within 10 days." One could never return product within that time frame unless one refused product at the post office upon receipt.
Co. refused to refund me the $. Said this billing info. was contained in their terms & conditions which I agreed to. I did not recall agreeing to anything, but, if I did, it would have been on the understanding that it applied to the samples I was ordering and paying postage for, only, in order to try out the product -- which seems like an above-board offer.
THIS IS A TOTAL CON!!!!! Their marketing ppl know very well what they are doing, slipping some small print terms in re future billings that most ppl would not even notice -- why they do it!!!!! You think you are only ordering samples to try out!!!!!
The skin cream is just a v. avg. moisturizer, if that, and certainly not worth anything like $179+ CAN. I have heard from others they have ripped off the same way that they will also rebill you every 3 months!!!!!
They also told me they are operating totally legally. I told them I was, truthfully, a low-income senior and I really needed that $ for groceries untilo the end of the month. They told me to "Have a nice day."
