Last year, my husband (My husband Cox) and I attended a Tony Robbins event where this investor thing was presented. Both my husband & I loved the idea of it & decided to pay the $1k for the course. Paying that thousand made my stomach churn and I almost cancelled the card before the transaction went through.
To summarize the back story, My husband was in the worst employment situation & was put on depression/anxiety medication to make it through the day. As a couple, we were struggling financially to keep it all together. At the time, we had a 2 year old baby girl & daycare was NOT cheap.
Personally, I thought the course was a SCAM. Especially because they bring up all of these guaranteed deal package BS up to $45k. I literally laughed out loud when I saw this. My husband, however, was completely and utterly sold. He was convinced that THIS was his way out & that it finally gave him an opportunity to help us out of debt.
I had no idea what to do, the guy was pressuring ME so bad at the table, playing the wife & mom-guilt card, telling me I was going to be the one to keep us in debt, that this was a real solution. I was crying & frustrated because I felt that this was my only option if I wanted to keep my marriage in tact. I agreed, but refused to put my name on any of the cards.
My husband spent night after night, week after week working on this. Having the 1 on 1 calls with a mentor... Each one getting worse and worse. My husband would bring me on the phone to try and help understand. The mentor was telling him to do things that were NOT even close to the course we attended!! He told us NOT to use the software we paid for because it doesn't work.
Pissed off and confused, we still tried. We paid additional money again for an LLC to be set up and for additional training. The phone calls stopped. We reached out again, and nothing.
WE WERE GUARANTEED 3 DEALS - ENOUGH to pay for the training!!!! NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
NO DEALS, NO NOTHING. Ironically, I turned out to be pregnant during all of this and had our 2nd baby in July of this year. We are potentially looking into filing bankruptcy.
As dramatic as it sounds - THIS BS COMPANY RUINED OUR LIVES. Nothing even slightly good has come out of this. We have been fighting about money for exactly 1 year now. Selling clothes left and right just to pay for groceries & diapers. I will never be able to stay home with my kids - I HAVE to work to pay all of these credit card bills. Even with the expensive daycare tuition we would be net negative each month, going delinquent on our bills.
I called in today and was directed to a phone number with no response (again, ironic considering it's your company name).
I want someone to reach out to us (I'M SICK OF CALLING IN!!!) and give me options of a refund. I need to know how the hell to get out of this, besides filing bankruptcy & ruining our credit for 10 years.
I also feel I shouldn't go unheard. The pressure & heat you guys put on is NOT OKAY. You're dealing with families lives and screwing them so you get nice vacations every year. I am still in shock that Tony Robbins would EVER be affiliated with you.
Whatever happens, happens.. but you better believe I will be warning EVERYONE to not risk their marriage, lives & financial future on this SCAM.
I spent over 30K to get access to insider deals with the company. The deal that I did went south as well as many others. They purchase properties in terrible neighborhoods and there's not much you can do because they are very protected in the contracts you sign with them.
They are all very nice when taking your money. Save yourself time and energy and don't deal with this company. Google the company and you will find lawsuits against them. Some have settled and some have been dismissed.
Response also known as Affluence Edu sent me a mail to attend a workshop on how to learn buying and selling,flipping properties and they said they would fund all my real estate deal up to a million dollars and i would pay interest of less than 2% and they would teach me how to find,buy and sell properties in a 3 days workshop. They collected $1997 from me and later $24,995. They connected me to another company called seed capital who would get me money through credit card to pay for the workshop. During the training i noticed they lied and now i am stuck with different credit card bills and they attempted to collect additional $8000 from me but i refused and they told me i would be stuck if i dont pay them more money.

I am out $3500 to what they said if you complete the training open a biz name and flip one property in 6 months you will get a refund of all money paid...

T & A Investor Group LLC - We bought into this real estate education earlier in April of 2018. The website is not working now, and when it did work it will only run comps that are over 20 miles away through Deal Desk. Their "secret Software" is total Trash! It does not have an updated list of cash buyers/investors, because my brother was a cash buyer in 2017 and he still does not show up.
Most of the homes that are showing when searching foreclosure have already been auctioned. I have found apps that work 100% better than this "secret software" and it doesn't cost tens of thousands to use it. They charged 3000 to open up almost 10 credit cards for a line of credit that was told to us would be just a few cards. And of course the cards were not all Zero percent interest...
All of these things we were promised to be true and were not, and these promises were in front of hundreds of people. The 3 day seminar that cost tens of thousands, in Austin TX, was a total waste of time. They went over the same things Doug Clark went over in the 1100 dollar 3 day course in San Antonio. I am looking for people who also had a terrible experience and have an attorney who is ready to file a class action lawsuit. Please contact me 8303054080
