I was hounded for weeks until I agreed to sign a 5year contract for $2000 promising to rent my timeshare by sending me monthly offers. I received one offer 3 months after which didn't go through, because the renter went to another company and I never received another offer. I called them 5 months later wanting a refund, I was told based on my contract I wasn't eligible for a refund. They promised to send me offers later on that month which was October now it's mid December, no offers yet. I've been scammed

If these people ever call you about helping you rent your timeshare... stay away. I paid $1200 for them to have access to 4 weeks of vacation time at the end of Nov 2015. It is now Sept 2016 and they have done nothing. They have sent me inquiries but those were 4 weeks out from the date they sent me for a Florida vacation. I knew the places would be booked. Then they sent me inquiries that would start on a wed to wed (no timeshare starts on those days) All in all they have sent me in the last 10 months 9 inquires. I will say one time there was a match but they told me that they couldn't come to a price to rent. At that time, I would have taken any amount of money to get some of my $1200 back. I have tried calling and emailing and have not gotten an answer back and if I do get someone on the phone they say how sorry they are and that they will send out more inquires within the week, I have not seen anything. So bottom line they are a scam, stay away!!!!!!

We were contacted by RTI shortly after purchasing a timeshare through Westgate. The service promised was that for either a 1-year contract of approximately $1300.00 or a 2-year contract of about $2300.00 they can market our "Get Aways" to the public and rent them for a profit. We elected the 2-year agreement.

We were sent "offers" which oddly were never available, meaning the resort nor dates never matched what their "customers" were requesting. We allowed this to go for about 10 months or so. Sometimes, months will go by without an offer. When I called to ask why we haven't received any offers for months, the commom excuse was we were next on line to receive some offers.

This happen several times. I would receive offers only after I called to complain. A year later, I have received zero return on my investment. RTI has to be a scam. They stay on float by sending their customers bogus offers. I'm sure they have a cliental who they are faithful to and provide them with legit offers, but I guess my last name does not fit the bill.

Last call ended with them offering me a 10 percent refund if I elected to not share my negative experience. I declined! Matt Hamm stated 90 percent of my investment was spent on marketing. My question was how were they planning on marketing my property the 2nd year? No answer. Someone needs to look into their business practices.

As a 15 year Army Vet, I have more critical things I can place my efforts to, but RTI needs to be exposed!

They was suppose to rent out my time share. they told me they could make about 9000 dollars renting out my time share within a few months. However to this day, I have not made any money. All the days that they have offered are black-out days and they refuse to give me back my money

My wife and i were contacted by RTI to sell our 4 timeshare weeks for a guaranteed return of 1429 per week.

this amount was supposed to be paid out in 90 days but was told the worst case senario as stated in the contract would be 180 days.

unfortunately,no offers were received by me or my husband just excuses. We were told offers came out on tuesdays and look for offers on wednesday via email. They also promised a phone call. Never got it.

Definately scam artists.

These people have to be stopped. im contacting everyone necessary to end this madness.
