We were contatcted via a phone call about a time shae buyout. Now, we had been contacted before by others about selling our time share. (one from Diamond International a well known time share). After some conversation it seemed that this resort bailout LLC was the answer to our selling of our time share. after sending in the funds asked of us. About 1700.00 dollars it was harder to contacted anyone at their phone numbers. 860-770-6399 EX-302 or 304 Jeff Griffin. then Sara,then Emily at 860-904-5717 as of 08-26-15. her e-mail was [email protected]. new FAX # 860-206-9785 and now a newwer one 860-904-5717. let be known that no contact could be made anymore with the person that first called Nick Thomphson-he's gone. now amuseing is they give you a confirmation number (ours was 0802clivia15c).? the last contact was with EMILY at 413-301-9985 extention 316 on about Sept. 16th 2015-no contact since. We have been taken-scammed!!!
I have tried for over 2 years to get my timeshare issue resolved with this company and they will not return my phone calls, answer e-mails or acknowledge that I sent a certified letter to them to two different addresses. One did come back. The last e-mail I received from the was on 12/30/14 at 20:19;50 stating that " This account is in my priority folder! We hope to have this completed by days end." signed by Andrew L. Might add it was written in all caps. So, days end have come and gone and more added to the years. My resort wrote me a letter after Resort Bailout not following through with driver's licenses that they would not honor this company. Even sent them a copy of that letter and no response. I have asked for my money back in emails and the certified letter that wasn't returned. I really would just like to get rid of the timeshare but at this point I'm stuck with it and out the money.
