A little bit like a ponzi scheme. They accept your payment, state the product is in stock, charge your card, then, if they can't find where to get your order, they cancel it. They waited 1 week after my card was charged then stated they couldn't get it. The problem is I could have purchased from somwhere else, but the prices went up significanly in a week, leading one to believe, they canceled my order and sold the product for for money. Please read other reviews about this place before you decide to use them.
I ordered a few bottles of Johnny Walker Blue for friends as gifts for the holiday. One bottle was not engraved and the other didn't come with the two scotch glasses as advertised. Customer service was a complete joke.
After this encounter I took a further look into the bottles that were sent and did a careful examination of them. It appears that they are moee than likely counterfeit. I did my research and that a large majority of liquor that is sold online is counterfeit.
