Reserve Orlando peddles tickets to Seaworld and other popular resorts in Florida. In LARGE letters on the top of their confirmation they indicate that the ticket is valid after a certain date; Example June 1st. In the small fine print at the bottom of the page, they then print that there is an expiration date, example June 20th. They seem to think that everyone who is going to these resorts orders at the last minute one week before. There is NO way on their internet site to pick a specific date or week that you will be attending the theme park, Seaworld etc. Upon entering the park I was told my ticket was invalid and had to pay for a second ticket. (In the fine print at the bottom of the page it mentioned this expiration date) After 30 minutes on line w Customer Service, I was told I would be contacted, untrue. They ignored me even when I attempted repeatedly to get a refund as I was NEVER able to use the ticket. Many people w kids wanting to visit these parks and ordering multiple tickets for their family are liable to be ripped off royally. Their Customer Service is terrible and all the did was repeat ad nauseum: " Its your fault for believing the large print date on top of the page and for not reading the fine print! F*** You". Apparently since they are registered in St Louis Mo this allows them to get away with what would be considered criminal and fraud in other states.
