I called on a room, for $103/night as advertised on the internet, to reservations.com. When they had calculated our total, it came to $147.50/night. The tax and fees were listed as $23 and the service fee (probably to Reservations.com) was charged $19.99. When I asked what the fees were for, the lady wouldn't tell me and when I asked for the CEO's name and a corporate ph#, she wouldn't tell me that either.
I found the business info on the bottom of their cancelled confirmation (Benjamin & Brothers, LLC). I told her that the organization was deceptive with false advertising and hidden fees that no one will explain what they are for. The public needs to know how "off base" these charges are, not use their service and warn others.
I paid for a hotel reservation, for a hotel that i stay in every year. I booked it through reservation.com because they falsely advertised 1/2 price rooms. I paid for the reservation and was issued a confirmation number. When i arrived at my hotel, they had no record of my reservation. I contacted reservation.com to tell them this. They responded by giving me the phone number and address to the hotel that i already arrived at. I told them i was here so why would they think that providing the address would help? Because they are idiots. Do not use this company. I will pay for the hotel again and let my credit card company argue with these idiots.
I was trying to make reservation at Royale Palm Condominium on 06/28/2016 by the web site . My wife and I made reservation from 10/19/2016 to 10/26/2016 based on the Hilton team member travel. The second room from 10/26/2016 to 10/30/2016. The web site charged me $631. 33 on the second room. When I contacted the above property via phone, I was advised that the above property never charged me the following charges: $14.99 and $616.34 , so the total amount was $631.33.
I learned the rip off and I would like an investigation in order to get these charges deleted from my credit card.
