I ordered two pairs of bull boxer shoes from resellmatrix.com. They sent me some really cheap looking shoes from China that didn’t even comeback close to what I ordered. Below is a recap of the emails. Once they admitted they sent the wrong items and they would fix it, they stopped responding to me and never refunded me or sent me the right items.
Hi Dave Reed, Got what's really going on here: The express company confessed that they made a mistake - when the item of your order arrived at express company, they need to dismantle the parcel to check what we sent, yet the wrong item was packaged with your delivery label and then sent to you. Yet the right item of your order sent to others.........
The problem was happened in transit and was made by the third party, it is out of our compensation policy. Yet we still would like to take responsibility and help you solve this --- which we would like to send the order item of yours again. Hope that will be OK for you? Hope to hear from you soon. We have confirmed this issue with our dispatch department and confirm did send you 100% right item you ordered, the department manager is confused for the wrong items too. It is not even we sell on our store, will contact the express company and find out what was happened.
