These folks will happily take your money and deliver nothing...then hide behind the fine print to say that nothing is guaranteed! I paid this company $5,000 to remove negative online information (or at least bump it to the second page of google results) and they promised me results in 6-9 months. A year later, they told me that, since they were not able to be successful with my "entry-level" package, I should pay another $10,000 for even better results.

Naively, I trusted these people, relying on their positive articles published in New York Times and Wall Street Journal!....after about another year, with me calling my "represenative" weekly to voice my displeasure, the results were, in fact moved to the second page of googe....only to return to the first page, top results, within several months.

When I asked for my money back or, alternatively, for them to keep working to remove the negative information from the first page of a google search, they refused.

TOTAL WASTE OF A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!

reviewreputation.com

is run by reputation.com. Reputation.com is a scam company and they have changed names hundreds of times.

Now reviewreputation.com/ is scamming people by looting their money. I paid this company $10,000 and reputation.com $15,000. I gave reputation.com $15,000 and 3 months later someone from reviewreputation.com called me and asked me to pay $10,000 to remove the links. I paid them again.

This is a scam. Please do not pay this company.

They will scam you and extort you for more and more money. Even after 1 year and hundreds of fake emails and promises. I have lost $25,000 and my first page is full of negatives.

Reviewreputation.com is scam, fraud

I can simply state that Reputation.com aka Reputation Defender does not care about its clients nor its employees and will take money year in and year out service renewals without having achieved results. They just want the sale and retention doesnt matter not client satisfaction. If you cant afford to throw the money away do not spend it on this type of service. There are no guarantees and odds are slim you will get the results desired. They have zero control over results apparently and simply hope results work out. I know because I worked there and saw this happen day in and day out over the last few years. I am not saying things never work out but I am stating odds are slim to none you will achieve positive results. Some companies are now guaranteeing results in this space or holding payments until results occur. I would highly look for a company in this space that is willing to offer any kind of guarantee on your investment if possible.

Reputation.com does a lot of advertising on respectable media outlets. So, when I was faced with negative comments by disgruntled former employees and competitors on the web, I asked them for help. THey said that they have a service to cause the listing to be lowered to the second or third page on any search for my company so that it is not the second listinf to my company's name in a search. THey demanded the full payment up front. I paid them the $7,000 up front and that was the last meaningful conversation I had with them. Every few weeks, they would tell me that it takes time for the negative listing to disappear. Then they would give me a long list of assignments and refer me to other services to pay for in order to make things happen. In the end, I felt as if I was working for them, because they were just sending me on one errand after another, and they did nothing. When I finally confronted them about their lack of effectiveness, they told me that was all they could do and they were finished with their work. This was three (3) months into what was to be a 12-month subscription to clean up negative online comments about my business. This is a scam. Stay away from Reputation.com.
