My contract states that Republic collection of the Black container is to be 2 x a week, Mondays and Fridays. On 2/11/22 Republic did not collect the trash. The week of 2/7/22 to 2/11/22, Republic went only one day that week. On 2/14/22, I called Republic and was told that they will collect that day, They did not show up until Tuesday 2/15/22.

Per Mgr, on 2/15/22 there was so much trash in the floor that after both container were emptied, all the trash in the floor filled one container on that day. This is the consequence of Republic failing to show up as stated in the contract. I am requesting that the overload on 2/18/22 be waived because this accumulated trash overload was the result of Republic going only one day the week of 2/7/22 to 2/11/22.

In reference to the Blue containers the contract also states that Recycling should be picked up 2 times a week. I would like to state that recycling do not comes 2 times a week as planned or expected.

It is assumed that they will also come Mondays and Fridays but did not come this Monday 2/28/22.

Again this overload is due for failing to come 2 times a week.

I am also requesting that the overload charge on 2/15/22 be waived because this accumulated load was the result of Recycling failing to pick up 2 times a week, a Breach of contract.

Mgrs were instructed to leave the gate open Mondays and Friday to make it easy access for Republic to collect the trash and recycling.

I am also requesting confirmation that all the containers ( Black and Blue ) will be picked up Monday and Fridays. I have also talked to Apartment Owners in the Neighborhood who also stated that Republic use the same tactic in order to scam more money, that is, they do not pick up trash or recycling as expected so the following weeks the containers are overloaded and they will be able to charge overloads.

I hope this will address my concerns and this issue will be resolved by crediting my account.

The main reason I canceled my service was due to reliability issues.

A secondary reason for canceling my service was outrageoulsy high prices.

Despite pricing, I maintained my service with this company because they WERE reliable and THEY DID respond to pricing complaints by (temporarily) reducing charges.

When you cancel your services, you are "introduced" to customer policy which includes:

1) You must cancel at month end. I was not offered pro-rata service for one week into the new month.

2) You must wait 4-6 weeks to refund your credit balance

3) There is no "supervisior" to escalate your complaints (of the 3, the worst policy).

Pricing increases over the past 4 quarters (divide by 3 for the monthly rate)

$155, $182, $184, $185

These were my charges for picking up household waste, 2X per week, minus holidays. Your mileage will vary as they have re-priced my services in the past to be "more competitive" with other companies (still the highest price in my area) only to revert the pricing to higher rates later. Their environmental fee (junk charge) is $45.00 per quarter, on top of $69 disposal charges, $69 service charges (what the heck is that) and $1.68 state levied charge.

With the exception of the BBB summary I provided, this represents my experience. Buyer beware. Please make your own decision as to whether or not to do business with this company. I am now paying about $30 month for services (TOTAL).This is practically half the cost.
