Reproduction-gallery.com is requesting for 50% payment deposit before they will start the reproduction. So, based on their requirement I sent 50% deposit using my paypal account and then I contacted them so they can start my order but they said they did not receive any which is I sent all the proof that the payment has been made. Do not trust this company unless you like giving put your money with no return!

I purchased four paintings from the reproduction-gallery.com. They provided the best services and products.
Since the date I ordered the paintings, I have been informed the progress until the date I received the paintings. Their communication and services are great. Whenever I called, my questions are always answered promptly and satisfactorily. The paintings are perfectly done with great attention to very detail.
I will purchase paintings from them again without any hesitation. And I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best reproduction paintings.
Delivery not received, sent an email with no reply. Meant to have been delivered last night to a post box, however there are no post boxes on the site, need my delivery today and have had no response. tried contacting them and had a poor response, that sender has to raise the query.
Scam, I ordered some paintings from them because they were the cheapest in the market but what came the quality of paintings were cheap also, poor quality, looks like some beginner artist painted them. Very different from what is advertised in their website
I ordered a painting to be delivered to my sisters as I work and I wasn't told of exact delivery date. Week passed and no order received, I checked tracking and it said it had already been delivered to the billing address! Contacted Reproduction gallery who said it had been left outside my door (i live in a close with five other flats). Told them it wasn't outside my door!! Should never have been left there as I didnt get home until 8pm plus it wasnt the address I had asked for it to be delivered to! Yodel delivery nightmare- and despite my request I havent received a refund!!
I have ordered painting from reproduction-gallery.com and I am wondering because 3 weeks after I placed my order I still did not receive any feedback about my order from reproduction-gallery.com so I started to contact the support Mr. Alex and I am surprised he said that I did not place any order so I provide all documents showing that I place an order but he said there is no any order from me reflecting to their system. This is a scam website who took you money with no exchange! I reported them to BBB and it started to close their website, please see attached picture.

reproduction-gallery.com sent a confirmation email to me that they received the payment and the item is in progress but I am confused but it's about 2 weeks now and I still did not receive the painting is based on the confirmation email it will take 7-10 days to arrive.
So I contacted their support and they said they did not receive any payment from so I provided all proof of payment and they are still insisting that they did not receive any payment.
If you are trying to buy on their website, don’t try it or else you will get scammed!
I ordered ~$800 of paintings from reproduction-gallery.com. Two of them arrived with paints falling out like a rag. I contacted reproduction-gallery.com and they told me they would not take them back and if I was going to return them, for an exchange only, I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee and the shipping to have replacement products sent out. So, in the end, I would have to pay the cost of shipping to get the defective paintings to me, the cost to get them back, and the cost of replacement. Customer service of reproduction-gallery.com was terrible. There are no address on their website, not in us, not in uk, not in au, but in China, frauds!
This review is untrue and factually incorrect. We never charge a re-stocking fee and we would never insist on replacement rather than refund. Our reputation has been built on 8 years of being online and providing great customer service. This posting has been made either by a competitor or someone intent on trying to destroy a reputation which has been earned over many years. We are not in China, we do not buy paintings from China and we have never done so. We have a team of professional resident artists all of whom are skilled and dedicated to creating a great work of art. We welcome competition, it is good for the customer and ensures that every company strives to reach the highest standard. However, untrue and malicious postings are something which we cannot control and as any customer will find out, we provide the highest level of courteous and professional service.
