I ordered web hosting after speaking with them about specific OS's and they guaranteed that if I wasn't satisfied, they would refund my money. They have a 15 day money back guarantee listed right on their website. After 2 days, they told me they can't provide the configuration I needed. They refused to refund my $15 stating that it isn't covered through their money back guarantee. I do not reccommend this company to anyone.
