About 2 months ago I saw an add for this company about an energy drink they have called Raze Energy. They were offering free samples you just pay shipping. Although the cost of shipping on the 4 cans they were sending was about the same price as going out and just buying 4 cans, no big deal. The had some other add ons that I wanted to add to my order to try and I ended up spening a little over $30. That was acutally a great deal for what I was getting.
Everything was good, they sent me shipping/tracking info. On the day my product was to arrive I checked FedEx tracking # and it said they sent the package back to the company because of an unreadable label. I contacted the company and someone replies fairly quickly and ask me to verify my address. I did so and never heard back from anyone. I sent several email over the next few weeks with no response.
Finally about 10 days ago I got a response stating that what I had said was in fact true and they were sorry and thanks for being patient. They said they were going to send my product an a new tracking #. Well that was 10 days ago, so I sent another email and they then told me that this was already delivered and gave me a FedEx tracking #. It was the original tracking # that clearly stated that it had been returned to sender due to an unreadable lable. I emailed them again and shared all the same info with them along with email corospondances showing that I had in fact not received my product. I demanded a refund instead of the package at this point and I have not gotten a response.
