My oil pump went up on my 07 BMW 750li (N62 engine)
I went online to get information on How to Remove the oil pump and reinstall it,I found RepairSurge and The website says it has the information I need to do the job But after I signed up and paid ,I couldnt fine any information on how to do this job.
The only information on their website says , Hours to do the job and a part number for the oil pump, I contacted RepairSurge Support and recieved an email that They recived my Email and would contact me in 24 hours or less , That was a week ago ,I,m still waiting
I just login and canceled the account , Now I,ll contact my bank and try to get my money back
I purchased a 2002 honda S2000 service repair manual on tradebit.com. I did not realize the download was from repairsurge.com. Which means its not a download. You have to create a log in at their website and then you have access to their service manual and can print the manual. You can NOT download with repairsurge.com. I did not want manual that i could not download to my ipad, so i requested a refund for a unused emanual. I am on my 3rd request for a refund. My resopnder Shirley Ann (repair surge) refuses to refund my money for usused access to their manuals.
Biggest online rip off i have personally come in contact with yet to date. worthless -provided me no useful information then when i wanted to cancel subscription i had to do it online 3 times in which while they successfully charged me for 2 more months then i called their support desk they told me they would cancel it but could not refund my purchase even though they said they have an "iron clad money back guarantee" whatever. i was glad to be donee with them right? WRONG they are still charging me and wont stop i even put a stop payment through my bank for the recurring charge and somehow they were still able to charge me for another month!! this is big business bullying at its finest i am outraged and disgusted that a company like this is able to get away with this and is not shut down yet.SHAME ON YOU REPAIRSURGE
Repairsurge.com claimed to have information to repair my car but when i purchased the repair manual it had no information on how to fix it and it lead to a dead end .When i realized that it really had nothing to repair my cars transmission i contact them , they change the model of my car and still nothing i told them to please give me a refund that there was no information on how to repair my car so then they gave me a link to a library i was not happy there was nothing there so i contacted them again to ask for a refund and still nothing so i ended up contacting my bank to tell them and the bank gave me the money back , repair surge tried the hardest to rip me off and not give me my refund, making me waste time for days and still didnt want to give me the refund so i decided to file this report because it wasnt fair and they made me waste time and didnt want to give me a redund. if you need a repair manual try to look somewhere else because if you use repairsurge.com you may endup paying for nothing and wasting a lot of time if you want a refund. Specially if you own a benz, audi, Bmw be ready to loose your money.... i don't know about the american cars because usually those are easier to find information on how to repair them. Spread the word !! Beware of Repairsurge.com post on their facebook page about it and also make youtube videos explaining how they work and don't want to give a reasonable refund .
Purchased subscription for 2 Vehicles I own today and find that product is not as portrayed after using. Extremely unsatisfied after only 1 Hour of looking for a part for 1 of the Vehicles. Each time I looked I was taken to another companies website trying to sell me much more than I was looking for. Really quite disgusting:(
