Please heed this warning! The company selling Renuvaderm is a group of scammers who bait & switch you for a "30 day trial" of skin and eye product-just pay shipping. They get your credit card, send you the product which is very drying On the skin. If you don't read the fine print and don't cancel in LESS than 14 days they bill your credit card for $94.57 & $84.97 before the deadline is up. If you call to cancel a foreign voice rambles out a script, refusing to cancel future orders. Even if you demand cancellation, they bill you when you hang up anyway. They pull unauthorized money out of your account. These people need to be jailed for theft! Total scam artists! Please don't even be tempted to order.

Ordered a "free trial" and paid $4.95 for shipping/handling which was charged to my CC on 10/3/2015. My CC was then charged $94.57 on 10/20/2015 without my authorization. There was absolutely no paperwork sent with the "free" sample and nothing on-line even hinting that I would be subject to a monthly automatic billing from now on.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone to "customer service" who tried to talk me into everything under the sun. Only when I mentioned complaining to the Better Business Bureau did the rep start listening to me. I asked for the name of the president of the company and the address of HQ but she refused to give me any information. The only thing she would do was cancel my "contract" and refund my CC half the $94.57.

This is a total scam. I ordered 2 other "free trials" of similar products and my CC is now being charged $89.98 and $89.99. It is impossible to get anyone at their "customer service" as it's just a voice recorded message. I don't even know the name of their company, but suspect it is probably under the same umbrella as Renuvadermskin.

I sent off for a trail sample of this product and came to realize I started getting charged a lot of money for this product and they kept sending it and taking money out of my account without permision. I called and told them to stop and they were very hard to talk to and to get them to stop charging my account. Dina Garbin Biloxi,Ms

They told me I have to keep it because I had signed up for automatic shipments. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after being on hold for a very long time with very annoying music the phone hung up. The next day I received my credit card statment and not only have I been charged $4.95 for the cream, $29.99 for the eye cream, and I have 2-charges of $94.57 from Renuvaderm and I have 2-charges of $89.47 from a company call Luxrenewedeyecream. Thats a lot of money for products I don't even want. statement says

I was looking at someething on facebook and a pop-up ad came up refering to a skin cream by Renuvaderm that had been showcased on the Dr. oz show. I said I could try it for only $5.00. I signed up for it paying with a credit card. It also asked me if I wanted to try an eye cream for $29.99. I purchased that too also paying with the same credit card. A couple of weeks later I received the eye cream and the face serum. I tried it and really didn't see a difference. About two weeks after that I received a package from them and it contained a Vitamin C Serum that they said they had been out of when I had previously ordered. So I figured that was already included in the price. About a week later I received a package and I did not even open it. I called the company and told them I did not want their product. They told me I have to keep it because I had signed up for monthly shipments. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after a very long time on hold the phone hung up.

I called my credit card company and they said that the company is a rip-off. I asked to dispute the charges and they are sending me a form. Yesterday I received my cfredit card statment and not only have I been billed for the original $4.95 and they $29.99 on my last statment but this statment has 2-charges of $89.97 from Lux renewedeyecream Las Vegas, Nv and 2-charges of $94.57 from MNSnumodernskincare 888771-3270.

On August 30,2016, I ordered Eye jell $5.95 and face cream $4.95 using my DEBIT card (BIG MISTAKE TO USE DEBIT}, which came in the mail pretty quick. They arrived together in a box, 2 bottles no packing or information, so foolishly I assumed that was it I had got the product and nothing to followup on or other charges.

Yesterday, September 10, 2016, on-line banking, there was a withdrawal by Allimage for $89.47. and another for $94.37 by Renueskin! I immediately called the bank to try to stop this transaction, but, because I had used the debit card could not.

I had notice on the banking statement, these two debits had phone numbers. So, I called Allimage and talked to someone named "Bless" ,she even spelled her name for me, Who tried to convence me that the webbsite said there was going to be this charge if they didn't hear from me. I told her it had not, and I didn't want the products and I would return them. Bless said "no we don't want the product back you need to give it a chance ." I said no I don't like it and do not want it. Bless then asys they will lower the price 65%. I say no I don 't want this product, (eye jell). After several attempsBless finally said they would cancel, and gave me a comformation number for the canelluation.

Next I called the other number for the Renueskin, and I forgot to mention that I was on hold wanting for the next comsumer service repersenative to answer. A man answers, I told him I wanted to cancel this because they had charge my account, again asking for a account number, which I had none because recieved no paperwork for this order, so he took name, address, and zip, responding with "Ms... you just canceled this, we will send email, check you email...so don't think I'll be getting the $108.04 back, but, really would like to and need to, so if there is anyway that this report can help, Please help.

I will be cancelling my debit card tomorrow just in case, after reading what others have said about this company, I don't trust that they won't help themselves to my bank account again. Thanks for any help and good luck to all you others that have fallen into thier trap.
