Sharon from Renting Concepts ignored the request and solicited me to ask if she could be the go between between me and her clients who would be interested in my apartment for rent, proving she never bothered to read the ad because I have a house for rent, not an apartment. She also tried to say she was not a real estate person because she was not a realtor, as if someone who trolls the internet trying to get listings is not a real estate person. I would have given zero stars if that was at all possible. For the Record: They are not Licensed Real Estate nor are their any Licensed Brokers or Agents. The Owners of this Company and a few Employees have been fired by two diffrent Brokers, most recently Homeland Realty in Totowa, confirm by calling 973-790-4400. when dealing with these people. Keep a tight grip on your Wallet.
I would give this place 0 stars but that's not possible. This place doesn't pay their workers at all. I worked for her for a couple of days and it was just commission. There was no base. She also expected us to constantly work as many days as possible and essentially never payed us. She needs to learn that you need to pay your employees. SHE STILL OWES ME MONEY FOR THE COUPLE OF DAYS THAT I WORKED AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO SEND ME MONEY. HOW CHEAP ARE YOU THAT YOU CAN"T EVEN PAY FOR A STAMP TO SEND SOMEONE SOMETHING.

Approx.. 10 years ago Renters stopped wanting to pay that OUTRAGOUS ! REALTOR FEE.. I KNOW WE DID IT! REALTORS ARE JUST A MOUTH PIECE, AND A TAXI CAB. The owners decided to do something about it :
1. IF A PERSON CAN SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES -- WHY USE A REALTOR ?
2. IF A PERSON CAN FIND THEIR OWN MEANS OF TRANSORTATION TO & FROM THE RENTALS- WHY USE A REALTOR ?
Renting concepts entire goal is to Help People Find apartments and not charge them through the nose. Their money should be saved for the Landlord ... Security deposit , Rent things like that... NOT a Realtor.
