I was on Craigslist looking for rentals in the Denver/Aurora area and came across an ad for a property I wanted to contact. The phone number started with area code 303, which is a common Colorado area code, I had spoken with someone while I was hospitalized, was instructed to get a particular"money card" and load $350.00 on to it to send to them and I did, only after reading there there contract which specifically said I could/would get a refund if after 90 days they could not help me find a place. Well, need less to say the only property they sent me was already occupied and the person I was supposed to meet there never showed-up and upon speaking with the person renting the place said that he had no intention of moving and had, had others inquiring about the property from the same fraudulent company. I have e-mailed the company several times to get their phone & fax numbers and they have NEVER answered me. So in respect they ripped me off for $350.00
