I bought a house in Windsor Ontario Canada in December of 2014. I hired the property mangers to look after the house & they suggested to put it on rent to generate income as l was not living there. Ever since I have hired them, they are finding one way or another to rip me off. First there were the property management fees that I had paid in advance in full. Then they started with grass cutting, cleaning, snow removal additional charges. when the tenant was about to move in they mi s handled the water re connection, water pipes got burst & I am still paying those charges. One month from now , they told me that the tenant is not paying any rent. so they need to get an Eviction orde, I had to pay the legal fees. Only yesterday they tell me that the tenant has not evicted the property and I have to pay to get a sheriff's eviction. I t seems that they have used a fictitious tenant. It seems that the property manager wants this property & doing this to get it for cheaps from me or swindle it from me.
