In May of 2016 I ordered some Renew face cream for $4.98, I thought. I recieved the face cream but did not have a chance to use it yet. The same day I received the face cream, someone from Renew called me and ask did I want to order more. I replied no, not yet as I haven't had the chance to use it yet. She and I kinda laughed and she said she would call back later on after I had used the product.

It wasn't even two weeks later, I received another box with the same face cream in it. This was unusual as I did not order any more. I was looking over my banking printout on this same day and noticed that I had been charged $97 and some odd cents twice for this face cream.

First, I did not order the second one, and second it was only supposed to be a $4.98 charge on my debit card, once, for the first order. I immediately got on the phone and called this place and told them (I talked to a specific person and I have her name, date and time I talked with her) I had received an order that I did not order, and futher more the charge was astronomical ($97.00-twice) and when I ordered it the first time it was only supposed to be $4.98.

Well, the first girl hung up on me. So, I called back and talked with another person (I have her name, too). She said I could get my money back and told me how to do it. I had to get a specific number and write it on a specific place on the box and send the product back in and my money would be returned. She told me the number incredibly fast, hoping I suppose, that I would not catch it, but I did catch it and wrote it down, and then I canceled my account.

I put the number on the box and sent it back. I have yet to get my money back nor have I heard anything else from them. I want my money back, I am not rich or young. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this. I will be more than happy to pay the $4.98 for the first order of face cream I received, even though it is not anything special, just a face cream.

While on the internet in Feb 2016, a $4.98 trial offer for an anti-aging beauty cream poped up, so I clicked on it and saw they will ship me a "sample" to try. Stupidly, I gave them my credit card number to charge $4.98, but No Where did it say it was a 14-day trial! and I did not agree to be charged anything further. First, they charged my credit card the $4.98. Then after 14 days, they charged me $98.71! When I saw the charge on my credit card, I called their number 888-668-8955 and told them I did not want this product for $98.71 and asked them to cancel any future orders. They said I could NOT return the item because it had been opened, although their website says that there is a money-back guarantee when you look online. However, on the initial come-on, nothing was said about charging me $98.71 for a one -ounce container of face cream!!! Then two weeks later they sent another package and made another charge on my credit card for another $98.71. Again they said I could not return the product, but they would stop shipments in the future. I canceled my credit card, and asked for a new number, and disputed the charges with my credit card company and received a refund. The product shipped out of St. Petersburg, FL 33743; however the product itself is called RENEW and shows it is distributed by Ninja International out of Scottsdale, AZ. 85255.

Signed up for free trial for 4.95 shipping and handling. Company billed me 98.41 and 97.41 for 3 concessive months. Company is very aware of their tactics, they are rude, even arrogant about riping people off. Called several time and was able to get a RMA for 2 of the three months, have yet to see 1 penny in refunds. I want a total refund for all 3 months as my wife has not even open their products and they have been returned. Replaced my credit card with a new one in fear that they would continue to charge my card.

Don't fall for this.

I got a phone call that said I had been picked to receive these skin care products for trial and would only cost me $4.98. Then 3 weeks later I was billed $98.71 for each product. Then when I saw this on my credit card bill I received another shipment and was charged the same $98.71 for the serum and cream. Called them and they said they could refund me 50% on the second order, but nothing on the first. I told them I was not aware of this costing me a 100 and some dollars and she said it is in the agreement on the internet. Told her that someone had called me and that they hadn't mentioned it. Stay away from this company!
