On 09/3017, I ordered 2 new keyless Entry Remote Control Car Key Fob Replacement for CWTWB1U793 3BTN on my 2011 Ford Edge SEL. The invoice stated that shipping is free and will be shipped in 5-6 business days. My order # is 221414. On 10/02/17, I received an email message from RemotesRemotes that my order has shipped thru DHL with a tracking #927489999637643596399. After 5 business days I tracked the item but no update about the items ordered. I was constantly checking the tracking # everyday but no update. I called RemotesRemotes several times and left messages including emails but no reply from the company. I called DHL and I was informed that they never received the item. From that point on I suspected that something was wrong so I did some researched which brought me to your web site and found out many complaints have been filed against this company. This is a SCAM!! this company should be closed down by the State of New Jersey. I wonder why they are still in operation. Can the Attorney General Of State of New Jersey look into the criminal activities by this compan. This company is very very active on line.It's time to investigate this phony company prying innocent people from all walks of life. Certainly, I hope you can do something please, Thank You
I ordered and paid for 2 wireless remotes for my nintendo system. I have never received them. Tried to call and was put on hold for a long time before finally being told nobody was available to take my call. This place is a scam!!!
Stay away from this company. They sell really cheap car remotes when compared to the origal manufacture. There remotes are missing cover seals and are extreamily cheap knock offs.
If you have a Porchase 996 the keyless part of the remote cannot be programmed without a keyless code taht has to be supplied by the key manufacture. These remote keys do not come with those codes. Stay away from this company.
Hi tried to order with them today. The order would not update after I successfully chose PayPal and it asked me to resubmit the form several times. I phoned & asked and was advised the link was not working (the link was working, their cart was not). A polite person told me I could wait to try again later or give them my banking information to place the order right away. I found this suspicious and checked out reviews on the company. I was ripped off in a similar way before so I have been scared off. Will try somewhere else.
IF they are having technical difficulties, it would be in their best interest to have the website say what it is and when it is expected to be repaired.
My 82 year old mother lost her keyfob. She drives daily, notably to the park walks her dog. I found remotesremotes and encouraged her to replace it due to the safety and challenges she faced having to open the door from the driver's side to open the passneger side doors.
The new Key Fob arrived with instruction and did not work after repeated attempts to follow. The same week her car was taken to the dealer who confirmed this Key Fob was not only not functioning it was a dud. They restrained from saying you were itnentionally ripped off.
My mother failed to advise me what transpired. She is a bit hard of hearing so I called RemotesRemotes on her behalf. They have a 'We don't Give a Sh** - we have a 30 day Return Policy', and were infelxible, careless, indignant and disrepsectful. 'There's Nothing We Can Do' was the other sentiment she stated more than once.
I advised her that I would be filing numerous online reports such as this and she said, "OK," as if this is a common threat and occurrence. I asked to speak to someone else and of course 'The Managers Were all in a meeting and could not take the phone'. "Could you have them call me back?" No, she could not.
This scam seems to be pre-mediated and intenitonal and I want the $30.00 back for my mother and a,ple warnings posted to let others know. If we have badges for good behavior on websites, there ought to be badges of disonhonor on company's webpages that treat people this way and steal their money....

So I sent it in. Two weeks later I got my old remote control back unrepaired and their generic model as a substitute. I tried it on several ceiling fans and it did nothing.
I called to discuss it with them and was told that the model that they sent was not compatible with my ceiling fans. When I asked to return it for a refund I was told that I mad missed the 15 day deadline for returns. And of course they were rude as well.

For months I attempted to contact their customer service by calling the number listed on the purchase paperwork, to no avail. I left numerous messages, but never received a return call. I am a mechanic, spent several hours troubleshooting the remote, even purchased a new battery for the unit. All attempts to repair the remote failed. Today after a new round of repeated attempts remoteremotes customer service answered their phone. I spent a great deal of time explaining the product failure in detail. They stated they could not find my order, my phone number, or email address, in their system even though I had the purchase paper and their remote in my hands. They informed me because I told them I had the remote for more than 60 their warranty was void. remoteremotes offered NO compensation of all kind; no replacement, refund or service.

I ordered a gmc car remote key..
When it came i followed all instructions,
and it just did nothing. I wanted to return it.
So i called the number on the business card that came in packet..
NO one ever answers that phone, it rings and rings.
Then i sent them an email explaining how unhappy i was with it..
and no response again..Now im stuck with this car remote start..
I also looked on line for complaints about this company and thought,
im not going to get my money back, wonder how many other people they have scammed.
