BEWARE BANK WIRE FRAUD. I was in search for a remote controlled lawn mower that can handle steep slopes for my property because it have a very steep grade to it and trying to mow it with a conventional mower is scary. So after researching online I ran across a website Remote Mowers LLC / Summit Lawn Mower Company that sells what I was looking for.
So I did some research about the company online to see if these was any negative reviews about the mowers and the company, seem to have no negative information about them. On June 7th 2019 at 7:35 am PST I called 662-266-7256 and left a message to contact me and also sent a text to the same number as it is a cell phone number.
I received a call back the same day at 5:05pm PST from John Wright the owner asking John questions about the mower he sells and after speaking to John I decided that this would be the best fit for what I would need. On June 11, 2019 I called John and left a message that I would like to purchase this mower. John called back two minutes late and I told him to email me a purchase invoice with the details he said he would with the bank wire information, John did that right away.
The email also stated that once bank wire deposit was received that I would have my mower in 3-4 weeks. After receiving invoice I noticed the invoice was incorrect so I called John back to let him know, he immediately sent me a corrected purchase invoice. On June 13th 2019 I sent the bank wire deposit right away for $16,500.00. On June 14th 2019 I called, text and emailed John to make sure he did receive the bank wire and left a message.
No response after texting him again June 13th, June 14th and June 18th on June 18th I finally received a text from him stating "Yes sir Ted I received wire and will email a receipt later this afternoon" I never received receipt. Well I waited till July 8th 2019 to text John to see if we are still on schedule, with no response.
I called on July 11, July 15, July 16, July 17 some days multiple times with no answer and voicemail was always full now I getting really worried. At this point I feel that I have been scammed and figured I have reach out to the FBI to help resolve the matter and filed a complaint for bank wire fraud. Other names of John Wright business and additional information.

Boy do I wish we had seen your review earlier. We paid $7800 for the middle model and exactly the same thing happened we feel so ridiculous and are filing with the FBI for fraud. Just hope we can all track this guy down and get our money back.
