Remooptimizer is a fat scam. They offered to scam and repair my computer. They were checked as ok or good on S********** After 15-20ish minutes of scamming they fooled me into filling in a few more pages. Finally after over 20 minutes they announced that they wanted money. Then they Hi Jacked my computer. I tried and tried to cancell their page over and over and over. They refused to allow me to sign out and when I pushed the X on one page, it would close and another one would open, over and over and over and over. They would allow me to do nothing else. Researched computer software programs to repair windows 10. After several minutes was shown a price of $335.00 for a technician to repair. I paid for the software ($29.95) and was told NOT to use my computer for 5 hours as the technician was working on repairing it (Even though I did NOT pay $335.00. )After about 2 hours when nothing was done and I followed directions to NOT touch my computer, I called them. This time, the last words this person said to me was: "For $30.00 you're NOT going to get your computer repaired. I opened a dispute with credit card I used and am awaiting a refund. DON'T Call this Co. They are running a scam! ALSO, ANY software Co. you phone from your research, does the same exact "CON". They all get you in NOT to selll you the software, but to charge you for a technician to fix problem. I'm guessing that in the long run, the computer does NOT get fixed either way!
