No explanation given for slow or no rebate. Form fully filled out. Original labels affixed to it. Original cash register receipt stapled to the form, per instructions. Everything clear and legible. This is a $90 rebate. No idea what they are up to, but still don't have the rebate even though they acknowledged receipt of the materials. Rebate business seems to invite improper and unethical seller activities. They offered a Remington complaint address which was their own. What kind of customer service might one expect therein? Just a way to waste the consumers time and get them to go away or forget about the rebate.
