The property management services are horrendous- financial reports are erroneous every month and questions rarely answered. The managing broker gives himself kudos via our council minutes which are often falsified. Little transparency in this company- good luck getting access to your documents & records! They manipulate the spa and bylaws to serve their interests and always, always, pay themselves from our bank account for exorbitant admin fees WITHOUT having the invoice reviewed for legitimacy first.
Unprofessional, constantly arguing with owners and council- the president will never take responsibility for ANYTHING , even when faced with proof that he was incorrect. Not an honest man. He will write resolutions or bylaw amendments for our strata that are awkward to read & not spell checked. Owners are jcharged fees & interest that has not been authorized by council. An owner was sent a letting warning of impending lien for $2000 in fines that were not legitimate in the first place!!
There is NO transparency with this company, they make us jump through hoops for everything, even access to our own documents. We have watched the money drain from our bank accounts while building maintenance and repairs are consistently neglected. All the 4 & 5 star reviews on their website have been from their employees & companies they do business with. The only thing they are good at is scamming!
