This was baffling! I called to go over the dental plan and payments to express how dissatisfied we are and how we are unable to finsh paying for the braces and they refused to remove the braces from my daughter without a 1,700.00 payment on top of the money we already paid - when we have actulally yet to have any serivce. She replys with we didnt charge you a late fee on your payment. A late fee on a payment for NO SERVICE ? how will that work. mean while my daughter continues to suffer with broken braces and her teeth are being distroyed! I asked can we please remove the braces ( mind you she still has dental issues and has had no servince ) but she needs them off I asked can you please remove them fofr her own health and we can still pay for them when when I go back to work. But no they woul dnot work with me and did not care about her health. They would not do anything unless i paid an additional 1,760.00. I was very clear that she is in pain and there was NOTHING THEY WOULD DO she has onlyhad 4 appointments I paid $880.00 already and this dentist Dr. Rashidi of remarkable smiles and his rude and office staff Olga. I begged and pleaded and tried to make an agreemnt and she wouldn't even budge or concider any options. So now we have nothing for what we paid and its a lose lose situation. Nice work Dr. Rashidi and Olga this makes alot of sense.
As I explained I didnt even want to have to write this but I thing the public should know that all this WE LOVE OUR PATENTS STUFF id just for marketing and you are actually very hurtful to have someone trust you with there health and wellness and you completley disregard them as peple is the truth. I understand that being a dentist is a business but when its about someone health and well being its more than money! we arnt askign for a free ride we are askign for you to but the health first and to let a patient suffer because you refuse to help them Dr. Rashidi is really bad practice.
I am in shock and at this dentist!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Glad he worked out for some people but this case surely fell through the cracks and when we tried to explain how we felt we were disregarded. We choose this dentist because of the good reviews but he is obviously overbooked with patients. My daughter went in to get help with a tooth that had not come in. We discussed that they would separate her plates to see if we could make room for the tooth. My daughter is 15 we began treatment and I made a deposit. she got spacers on her first appointment that took 3 hours of sitting in the chair. Next appointment she went in by herself cause she is 15 and she came out with braces! at this point it was confusing since we were under the impression he knew what he was doing and everything was going to be covered in the quote we had no idea that she would be getting braces on top of her appliance we though we paid for the appliance only. Trusting in the Dr. we then went for another appointment where I talked to him about possibly fixing my lower teeth he said sure, I spent another 2 hours doing x rays and waiting only to be told he couldn't go over the x-rays with me and I would have to come back. ( this was a huge turn off ) the office is always packed but packed so much you cant explain thoroughly whats happening. My daughter is so uncomfortable with the dentist now she doesn't even want to go back. we had 2 more appointments where they said nothing had happened and to keep using the expander no explanation however. I have been unable to get clear information as to what we signed up for my daughter has now had "braces" for 6 months had only 4 appointments and paid $880.00 plus the first appointment. They will not remove the braces till I pay for it in full even though we don't want further treatment? Are you kidding me, she has an infected gum, a broken tooth, a wire hanging out the side of her poor little mouth and you will not remove them till I pay for horrible service if any service at all ? unbelievable! - The fact this dentist won't even work with us to resolve this and is so rude is a major turn off. I guess customer service is a thing of the past even with Dentists. Everyone wants to be paid, but doesn't care about customer service. I think I will find a dentist that cares about a child's well being. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! TRAUMATIZING TO MY DAUGHTER. on his web site it states that he participates in volenteer work - WOW this made us think he was a kind and caring dentist I guess this is only for PR or media not a reality!
