As of this point, they've forged a check in my name and withdrawn money from my account with no refund in sight even though I'm well within their 48-hour cancellation window. (Honestly, the refund is the least concerning part after forging a check).
They position themselves as a moving company and never reveal they're actually the broker who sells your move to a third party. Their policies tiptoe between legal and illegal and from the looks of the online reviews they've ripped off a lot of people for thousands of dollars.
