Received a regular mail stating that within the last 15 days a prequalified Reliant Business Cash Card and activation request were issued for my business in the amount of $41,739. And that I have to respond no later than 7/2/2018. They had my business website, name and home address.

I did not request such a cash card or activation. I am concerned that someone else my have made such a request or that Reliant is fishing for more information. I have not called the 877 845-4714 number. I did goto the website address: reliant123.com and it was an activation screen. I did not respond and disconnected. I am concerned that this is a scam.

I received numerous solicitations in the mail and decided to go online and see what kind of fees Reliant charged. They said I was "Pre-approved" for up to six figure funding for my new company.

I was contacted by email almost immediately by a "National Accounts Executive," Dana McMillan. I could not get an answer to the question of what interest or costs would be connected with such a loan. I was told to supply bank statements to show cash flow and they would "analyze" this and let me know what they could do.

Even when this process was done, and I received, "Congratulations!" email that they were processing my info, and even when my loan was "approved" for $25,000 ( I was told it would be between $40-80K), I STILL could not get a straight answer to the question of what the loan would cost.

Only after it was approved was I told that the $25,000 would be paid back at $4900 per month for 7.5 months. This is 47% interest on a $25,000 loan, or 75.2% per annum!!

When I asked what the cost would be if I paid it off in 30 days, I was told that it would be $33,000, or $8000 in interest. That is 32% interest, even higher!! That amounts to 384% per year!!

These are truly predatory lenders. I was able to walk away from their loan, but the public should be aware of this type of so called lenders who are somehow legitimate.

Public Beware! They come across with how much they want to help your business grow and become a long term partner. if they were sincere they wouldn't be gouging these criminal fees.

This company repeatedly sends small businesses Pre-Qualification letters which are clearly FALSE. Because they don't even know what your company revenue is, waste your time and hang up the phone abruptly when you don't meet the criteria.

Clearly I am NOT pre-qualified if I do not meet the minimum qualification of $100k in annual revenue - Therefore this is FALSE advertising!

This lowlife scumbag of a company repeatedly send you unsolicited junkmail containing credit cards in your name to solicit business for the scam ripoff business loands. Like everyone else, you complain against these theives, they say they will stop, and yet the continue to annoy and harass. Ive filed BBB, AG and FTC complaints against them, and urge everyone else to do the same to get these agencies to act to put this garbage out of the public misery

Same complaint as Comsumer #3. Same letter with Business Cash Card with owners name and business name on card. Gives phone number to call: 877-812-2595. Letter says pre-qualified for $41,739 with a maximum amount of $200,000. Has an expiration Date of 11-14-2016. On the back of the card it says: The Reliant Premier Line is not a credit Card. It is a memebership card issued by Reliant Funding, LLC. As a cardholder in good standing, your business is eligible for the benefits and privileges provided by the Program. ReliantPremier.com.

We did not request any company for business money. Gives a different oneline website: www.Reliant123.com. Searched the internet for legit business practices and found 39 negative reports with the BBB. gave a 100% possible safe internet score, but no further information about the website. I will shred the letter and card as I feel this is a poor way to advertise. Comsumer beware.

legal issue with Reliant funding

When i took on this financing i was assured written and verbal that the risk is all their and that's why they charge a high percentage of your revenue as daily payments. i lost my highest revenue client and could not meet their daily fee due to lack of revenue. i was barely meeting my daily costs to keep my business going. i reached out to them several times letting them know that i was losing this client and the revenue that it produced. i asked for their help to come up with different payback structure through this bad stretch. they only offered a slightly lower daily payment even though i told them i could not meet that plan. i sent them all my bank statements proving my decrease in revenue to the point of my bank closing 2 of my business accounts because of NSF. As a result of my revenue position I had to stop paying them in order to keep my business a float. The last few weeks i have been working with their law office to try to work some type of payment or settlement agreement, but all i could offer is not even close to what they will accept. apparently even though my business is failing they don't accept that they took a chance and all the risk. so bottom line is if your revenue decreased and its legitimate they still claim that you breached the agreement by not paying them. they come across as being a partner and taking all the risk to help your business have a chance to succeed. They act like they are investors in your business and they mislead you to believe that they are willing to take a loss if your business doesn't perform as projected regarding revenue.

Scumbag company that sends you unsolicited offers

Like others before me, they sent me an 'offer' that I was pre-approved for $47,739.00. I wish they would have printed the 'offer' on softer paper so I could wipe my a.ss with it.

Today I received a box in the mail from Proactiv for product I did not order on a CCard I do not have but in my name. Following the dots I learned that Proactiv is a client of OceanX a fullfillment company with the same address. I also learned that Reliant has the same address : Towne Centre Dr as OceanX. Reliant made the same offer as all the other reports here.

I have filed compliants with all of the proper authorities on all three. Is there a connection between All three..maybe and maybe not.. but now after 5 hours of research.. I have to say I have very serious concerns about all three companies. I will report that when I receive word from the FTC.

There is too much information out there about all of us, too much tech, too many scams and too little gov to keep up with the ......ers. Luckly I have only one ccard and one bank to use for everything so there is not much can happen without me knowing ... but how in Gods name did a card get openned on my name and not show up anywhere with TA, Experian and Assurant.. that is the puzzle to me..that I have to say may be connect or not to Proactiv, OceanX and Reliant Funding.. which is not a ccard but some kind of leading club that wants all your personal information.. BEWARE .... IF it smells like a pig, looks like a pig, you can bet it is a dam pig.
