I purchased four custom windows from Reliant Capital LLC a few years ago, it's been a nightmare ever since. After the first winter, I contacted the company as the windows are drafty, they leak (water builds up in the track when it rains) and dust/dirt blow it. I contacted Reliant severl times, to no avail. No one calls back....ever.
I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, which was a total waste of my time as nothing was ever resolved.
Reliant states it has a limited lifetime warentee for their windows. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.
