Last December I ordered a collection of perfumes and this scam ad popped up and they made it appear to be connected to Macy's. It was for a trial size serum for "free" if I would pay the postage. I have sent boxes of this so-called skincare back to them ( insured them) and told them not to send anymore. But, they keep sending them. I have notified them and my credit card company. I would like to save others from this scam.
Ordered a risk free trial of the Rejuvenem ageless moisturizer. No company name listed. No phone number to cancel i'm going shipments. Credit card being charged $95 monthly. They should be put out of business.

Called and was told that I had been charged for the free trial and would be charged for the order that I did not ask for. What a scam....charging for a free offer then continue to push out product and charge for it.
I received a call from a woman who said "I am sending you a Rejuvenem eye cream today" I told her I had received a package yesterday and I had cancelled it. She asked me how many I received and I said 4. She said "You are lying, you are lying you b****" and hung up. No name was given. I was stunned.
Sample product advertised for $4.95 and $5.87 with no mention it was a trial period or need to send back. When charge statement came in I was charged $79.95 and $89.95. I called to discuss and told they could only cancel future shipments. I requested name of President by gtwo different reps and was told they didn't know it and couldn't provide a source to secure that information nor provide a supervisor to talk to. Do not buy from this company Rejuvenem!
The Rejuvenum Company" promoted via pop up ad on my phone by CVS saying I won this anti-aging product and all I had to do was pay shipping. Nowhere was I told it was a trial nor did I agree to have my credit card charged for $97.41 right before my car note was due.
I called my bank immediately who provided me a phone number to this company. I spoke to a "manager" who sounded like it was his first day on the planet, who provided me a pox box and a false company name. When I asked for his name, he immediately hung up on me.
I am livid! I looked up the address on the internet and found all these rip off comments for this company's address. If a lawyer is reading this and would like to prosecute this company for fraud, please contact me. I do not like being dupped especially for $100. Luckily, I won't lose my car, but this company will pay one way or the other.
I ordered they're FREE trial and paid the 4.95 shipping and got the cream but just a couple days after ingot it they took 90.00 out of my bank account this was NOT supposed to happen it was a free trial offer and it WAS NOT supposed to be a recurring charge just the one time 4.95 I DID NOT agree or order anything from them to charge me 90.00 and I want my MONEY BACK NOW!! I'm calling local news stations and the BBB about this if I don't get my MONEY BACK right away! I can't believe that Angelina jolie would want people getting ripped off by a company that bears her name!
Fell for Angelina Jolie Facial products disguised as article about their divorce on Yahoo. selling serum and face cream for shippng prices only $10.90 total as a trial. waiting got bomb to drop when I am shipped unwanted product NOT asked for or ordered. Price for each item skyrockets! Difficult to contact about an RMA number!! want my money back. Products were not even packaged in proper boxes..entirely different company in New Jersey Not Florida.

After trying out their free sample paying only shippings costs of $4.95 for the skin care and $5.87 for the eye serum, I was surprised to find additional charges on my credit after two weeks. The first charge for $89.95 for the skin care and $79.95 for the eye serum. Both are unauthorized charges. I called up the phone number listed on the credit card transaction and told the representative to reverse the charge or I will dispute it with my bank the next day. She said she is only authorized to refund 30% of the charges. I said refund the full 100% or I will dispute the charge with my bank. After that she offered 50% refund which was still unacceptable as I told her the charge is unauthorized. She finally said she would refund 100% of the charges but that it would take from 5-30 days for the amount to be reflected on my account. The tactics of this company is totally unacceptable and the company should be shut down. Who knows how many victims they have had since their operation.
I saw the ad that this was Kelly Ripa's secret and all I had to pay 4.95 for shipping. So far I was charged the 4.95, which is fine and 5.87 for who knows what. It said on my bank statement that this is a recurring 4.95. I never agreed to this. I do not want anymore products. They are a rip off. Please help as this is coming out of my bank account .
